F*** Fukuda's Flu Shot

First, the blog reports:

"What are Obama’s investments in biotech companies apparently developing the “bird” and “swine” flu vaccine? Barack Obama made significant investments in biotech companies involved in the development of bird and swine flu.

Sure looks like a conflict-of-interest to me.

"Legal Immunity Set For Swine Flu Vaccine Makers The last time the government embarked on a major vaccine campaign against a new swine flu, thousands filed claims contending they suffered side effects from the shots. This time, the government has already taken steps to head that off.

"Unflipping believable. If, in fact, the new vaccines are "rolled out" this fall (and remember: we're just about at the end of July right now), there is absolutely no time to do the normal protocol of clinical trials to insure that there is no danger to humans from this vaccine.

It can't happen. Computer models are simply just that, and can rarely effectively predict just how certain people may react negatively to a specific vaccine. Please remember that, for both yourselves and your kids, your family, when evaluating whether or not to receive this immunization, if personal choice in this issue is not countermanded by a Presidential Executive Order

"Flu pandemic is in early stages, WHO says; First vaccines expected in Sept." by Frank Jordans, Associated Press | July 25, 2009

GENEVA - The global swine flu epidemic is still in its early stages, even though reports of more than 100,000 infections in Britain alone last week are plausible, the World Health Organization’s flu chief said yesterday.

He's looking more credible all the time!

Strange, huh?

Keiji Fukuda, WHO’s assistant director general for health security and environment, told the Associated Press that given the size of the world’s population, the new H1N1 virus is likely to spread for some time. WHO earlier estimated that as many as 2 billion people could become infected over the next two years - nearly one-third of the world population.

BIBLICAL!!!!!

“Even if we have hundreds of thousands of cases or a few millions of cases . . . we’re relatively early in the pandemic,’’ Fukuda said in an interview at WHO’s headquarters in Geneva.

The global health agency stopped asking governments to report new cases last week, saying the effort was too great now that the disease has become so widespread in some countries.

Authorities in Britain say there were more than 100,000 infections in England alone last week, while US health officials estimate the United States has passed the 1 million case mark. Those figures dwarf WHO’s tally of 130,000 confirmed cases worldwide since the start of the outbreak last spring.

We know what this is all about! Agenda-pushing for mandatory vaccinations.

“We know that the total number of laboratory-confirmed cases is really only a subset of the total number of cases,’’ Fukuda said. Fukuda, former chief of epidemiology at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said there must be no doubt over the safety of swine flu vaccines before they are given to the public.

There is ALWAYS GOING to be DOUBT so KEEP MINE!

Health officials and drugmakers are looking into ways of speeding up the production of the vaccine before the northern hemisphere enters its flu season in the fall. The first vaccines are expected in September and October, Fukuda said.

Yeah, except they got people rolling their sleeves up next week!

WTF, MSM?

Other vaccines will take until December or January before they are released onto the market - well into flu season, when a further dramatic rise in swine flu cases is predicted.

So they can flood the place with their man-made germ and make you go get a shot?

“Everybody involved with the vaccine work, from manufacturers up to the regulatory agencies, are looking at what steps can be taken to make the process as streamlined as possible,’’ Fukuda said. “One of the things which cannot be compromised is the safety of vaccines.’’

Think I'm believing in him?

The search for an effective inoculation has taken on a new urgency as WHO announced that almost 800 people have died from the disease in the past four months. This is more than the H5N1 bird flu strain has killed in six years.

More die in a day from hunger in this world!

The CDC said yesterday that - based on the experience of the 1957 flu pandemic - the number of Americans dying from swine flu over the next two years could range from 90,000 to several hundred thousand.

Or more. They are DOING THIS INSANE PLAN, America!

You better WAKE the FUCK UP!!!!!!

That projection would drop if the vaccine campaign and other measures are successful, US health officials said. The agency has been working hard to ensure that poor countries receive vaccines too, despite rich nations having preordered most of the available stock.

Yeah, those useless eaters also need to be killed off.

A WHO spokesman said yesterday that two drugmakers have pledged to donate 150 million doses of vaccine to poorer countries by the end of October.

And CUI BONO, cha-ching?

Swine Flu Shutdown

Just wondering why the Globe didn't bother with any of this:

"Swine flu could strike up to 40 percent in 2 years" by Mike Stobbe, AP Medical Writer | July 24, 2009

ATLANTA --
U.S. health officials say swine flu could strike up to 40 percent of Americans over the next two years and as many as several hundred thousand could die if a vaccine campaign and other measures aren't successful.

They are DOING THIS THING, folks? You gonna fight?

Those estimates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention mean about twice the number of people who usually get sick in a normal flu season would be struck by swine flu. Officials said those projections would drop if a new vaccine is ready and widely available....

Now roll up that sleeve.

The infection estimates are based on a flu pandemic from 1957, which killed nearly 70,000 in the United States but was not as severe as the infamous Spanish flu pandemic of 1918-19.

Yeah, why did those scientists dig that up and thaw it out, huh?

But influenza is notoriously hard to predict.... In a normal flu season, about 36,000 people die from flu and its complications, according to American Medical Association estimates.

And yet they are blowing wind about 800 people?

Because so many more people are expected to catch the new flu.... The World Health Organization says as many as 2 billion people could become infected over the next two years -- nearly one-third of the world population.

Biblical again!

Because the swine flu virus is new, most people haven't developed an immunity against it. So far, most of those who have died from it in the United States have had other health problems, such as asthma. The virus has caused an unusual number of serious illnesses in teens and young adults; seasonal flu usually is toughest on the elderly and very young children.

Yeah, cull the young and the strong from us so we can't resist!

New swine flu illness have erupted through the summer, which is also unusual, though cases were less widespread this month. Officials fear an explosion of cases in the fall, when children return to school and the weather turns cold, making the virus easier to spread.

Isn't that called foreshadowing?
