State Police have arrested two suspects and identified 12 others in January’s downtown parking garage brawl that left four people injured.
The victims reported to State Police that they had been attacked by a group of 10 to 20 people while waiting to exit the State Transportation Building parking garage at 10 Park Plaza, State Police said in a statement.
The suspects allegedly attacked four victims just before 3 a.m. on Jan. 27.....
The fight was captured on video by surveillance cameras and several onlookers, some of whom posted the footage online.
In one version, dozens of people are shown throwing punches in the parking garage.
