CLEVELAND — An Ohio woman has sued a Chicago-area sperm bank after she became pregnant with sperm donated by a black man instead of a white man as she and her partner had intended.
The woman asks damages and wants to ensure the sperm bank does not make a similar mistake again.
Days after her wedding to Amanda Zinkon, Jennifer Cramblett become pregnant with the donor sperm. In April 2012, five months into her pregnancy, Cramblett, 36, called Midwest Sperm Bank near Chicago to reserve sperm from the same donor in the hope that Zinkon, 29, would someday also have a child.

I must admit, the lesbian desire to have children has always confused me. This must be another "test" case to challenge society's mores even more.
That’s when Cramblett learned from a sperm bank employee that she had been inseminated with sperm from the wrong donor, according to a lawsuit filed Monday .
Cramblett said they had chosen sperm from a man known as No. 380, a white donor. The sperm used for insemination came from No. 330, a black donor, she said.
‘‘How could they make a mistake that was so personal?’’ Cramblett said Wednesday.
According to the lawsuit, her excitement about the pending birth was replaced with ‘‘anger, disappointment, and fear.’’

Cramblett said she and Zinkon love their daughter, Payton, 2, and would not change anything about her. But they are concerned about raising her in the mainly white community where they live.
Should be no buts about it, I think race has become a canard to divert us from cla$$, and just tell people you don't know who the father is.
The lawsuit said they had moved from Akron to Uniontown for better schools and to be closer to Cramblett’s family. She said that as a lesbian she has felt the sting of prejudice but does not know what it is like to be mistreated because of race.
Which is interesting because there is no comparison, and I have often resented equating the two. Based on appearance only, gays were never denied the vote or told to use a separate bathroom, nor were they held captive as slaves.
But the agenda-pushing jew$media has declared it the civil rights movement of our times, and I've already raised the white flag on it all due to the will of the state in which I live and because I want to move onto more important items like wars.
You know, where life is being taken away over lies.
Therapists have recommended that Cramblett, Zinkon, and Payton move to a racially diverse community with good schools, the suit said.
Cramblett said she decided to sue to prevent the sperm bank from making the same mistake again.
Lesson: Only make withdrawals from any bank these days. Do not deposit anything.
