"Man killed at multimillion-dollar party home in Lynnfield" by Alexandra Koktsidis Globe Correspondent May 29, 2016
LYNNFIELD — A house party spun out of control early Sunday as a group who said they were old college friends gathered at a modern mansion rented for Memorial Day weekend, leading to an outburst of gunfire that left one man dead, according to prosecutors and the property owner.
Keivan Heath, 33, of Randolph, was found around 3 a.m. as police arrived to investigate reports of gunfire at the wood-and-stucco home at 8 Needham Road, according to Carrie Kimball Monahan, Essex district attorney’s office spokeswoman.
The poolside home, which sleeps 11 and is on the market for $3.35 million, rents for upward of $1,400 per night. An online listing, which touts a private setting, a professional-grade grill, and a deluxe hot tub, describes the location of the house as ”one of the safest areas in the state of Massachusetts!”

"Police are looking for witnesses after mansion party death" by Laura Crimaldi Globe Staff June 07, 2016
Shots rang out at a rented Lynnfield mansion last month, and dozens of party guests scattered.
Officers who raced to the gated property tried to intercept the fleeing crowd just after 3 a.m. May 29, but no one would stop.
Some hurled expletives at police as they jumped into cars or ran from the party at 8 Needham Road.
Inside the gates, officers found a man lying face up near the pool. Keivan Heath, 33, had suffered two gunshot wounds to the chest and was left for dead.
A State Police investigator described the chaotic aftermath of the shooting in an affidavit filed in Peabody District Court and obtained Tuesday by the Globe.
No one has been arrested....
