The Five Fixes Are In

"Five questions about America this election may answer" by Peter S. Canellos, Globe Staff | November 2, 2008

I'll answer a few myself.

While Barack Obama enters the final days of the presidential campaign with a clear lead in the polls - but not so big as to rule out a surprise victory for John McCain.

And while Obama's lead, between three and seven percentage points in most national polls, is big enough to make him the favorite going into Tuesday, the other big questions of the election are all too close to call

Is the "Reagan Revolution" over?

Since 1980 and the "Reagan Revolution," however, using tax policies to redistribute income has been widely viewed as an outmoded approach that chokes off economic growth.

Unless is is sending the stuff UPWARDS; then it has been just fine.

Many observers have noted that Americans want more economic security in their lives, including guaranteed healthcare, pensions, disaster relief, and improvements to public infrastructure.

Instead we get ENDLESS WARS and WAR-LOOTERS and TAXPAYER GIVEAWAYS to CORPORATIONS and BANKS -- as well as BILLIONS a YEAR to ISRAEL!

Makes Americans sound like a bunch of liberals, or (gulp) commies, doesn't it?

David Brooks, the conservative New York Times columnist, has predicted that the economic uncertainty will lead to a Democratic sweep followed by an intensive return to tax-and-spend liberalism.

Sorry, Dave, but BUSH ALREADY GUARANTEED THAT!

Is America prepared to move beyond its racial divisions?

Already has. When are you MSM types gonna catch up?

Since George Washington, the president has been the symbol of the nation, as much as European monarchs once embodied their nations' identity. Having a black president just four decades after the end of legal segregation would force a reconsideration of almost all assumptions about race relations in America.

Yeah, and that would NOT BE GOOD for the DIVISIVE, AGENDA-PUSHING, Zionist-controlled, AmeriKan MSM!! Thus, they gotta go the OTHER WAY with it!!!

Btw, Pete, the prez ain't a king!

But if Obama were to lose - and if white resistance to a black nominee were cited as a major factor - black hopes would be dashed in a way that could increase racial tensions, at least in the short term.

In fact, I would EXPECT THAT; however, NOT ONLY FROM BLACKS!!! I'm going to be ONE PISSED OFF HOMBRE if there is ANOTHER STOLEN ELECTION!!! I'll be OUT THERE with my BROTHER!!! It's not that I love Obama (I'm voting Nader); it is that I WANT INTEGRITY in OUR ELECTION PROCESS!!!!

Are young people becoming a driving force in American politics?

Every year it is the SAME SHIT NARRATIVE: the young didn't show up! First, it is bullshit, and second, if it's true, get your head out of that bong, kiddo!!

In 2004, the turnout of voters under 30 jumped by nine percentage points, to 49 percent, while that of older voters increased by only three. And those younger voters supported Democrat John Kerry over Bush by a seven-point margin, 48 to 41 percent.

Then HOW DID BUSH "WIN?" Please see: Stolen Elections: 2004

This year, voters between 18 and 29 are backing Obama by a whopping 29 points - 61 to 32, according to a Pew survey. And while more young voters showed up for this year's Democratic primaries than in 2004, no one is sure whether turnout of young voters will take another big leap in the general election.

No, I'm sure the STOO-PID KIDS are gonna sit it out. After all, it is ONLY THEIR FUTURE at stack and THEY DON'T CARE -- not enough to VOTE in the GENERAL after doping all this work!!

You know, like the Bush administration completing 7/8ths of the PNAC plan, only to chuck the whole damn project at the end, right? Pffffttt!

How much do Americans care about their image in the world?

They don't.

Arguably, the opinions of foreigners have never counted for anything in US politics. Elsewhere in the world, from Europe to Asia, there has been intense scrutiny of the American election - and excitement over the Obama campaign. The global interest suggests that millions of foreigners might be prepared to change their opinions of the United States under a President Obama.

Then if FOR NO OTHER REASON McCain should not be allowed to STEAL the ELECTION!! It may mean NOTHING via the policy realm; however, it will HELP the AMERICAN PEOPLE'S IMAGE in that we at least APPEARED to be REJECTING the BUSH WAR CRIMINALS and the NEO-CON ZIONIST PHILOSOPHY!!

That would at least count for something!

But in recent weeks, foreign policy has taken a back seat in the election, so it will be hard to judge how much an Obama victory would be a mandate to be more attentive to US allies. And it remains to be seen whether a President Obama would be able to meet the high expectations that American allies seem to have for him.

And the American people!! Short answer: He won't. The Zionist controllers of AmeriKan politics will not allow that.

What does it mean to be a conservative?

I don't know anymore. To be frozen out and insulted like Ron Paul?

The unexpected toll in Iraq has sparked concerns among evangelicals, and the recent Wall Street meltdown has made many middle-class Republicans question their party's economic policies.

I was wondering if it was just our side that the evangelicals are fretting over, or do the NEARLY TWO MILLION DEAD IRAQIS factor in there?

As for Republicans questioning economic policies, that is the WHOLE COUNTRY after this TAXPAYER GIVEAWAY we VOCIFEROUSLY OPPOSED!!!!

Did I ANSWER the QUESTIONS well enough, readers?
