PARIS - French antiracism groups dropped a lawsuit yesterday against Apple Inc. over an iPhone app called “Jew or not Jew?’’ after it was removed from circulation worldwide....
In an interview published in Le Parisien, designer Johann Levy said he developed the app to be “recreational … as a Jew myself I know that in our community we often ask whether such-and-such a celebrity is Jewish or not.’’
