Happy Fourth of July, Boston!

F*** the fireworks on the Esplanade!

"Police tighten security for Fourth; Marathon attacks lead to crackdown on items allowed" by Colin A. Young |  Globe Correspondent, June 25, 2013

Security at the Fourth of July concert and fireworks display on the Esplanade will be more intense than ever before, officials said Tuesday, promising more police visibility, video surveillance, and a ban on backpacks and other items in a response to the Boston Marathon bombings on April 15.

All in response to a government false flag and scripted and staged crisis drill gone live.

How much longer are you going to put up with this shit, America?

“Some of these enhancements the public will see and some of them you won’t see,” State Police Colonel Timothy P. Alben said at the Esplanade. “We are going to have more troopers on the Esplanade than ever before. We will also deploy numerous undercover troopers and federal law enforcement officers into the crowd to be alert, in an unobtrusive manner, for any suspicious activity.”

The GESTAPO are AMONG YOU!

The secure perimeter for the event will be expanded....

security screening gates, including metal detecting wands....

security checkpoints....

The prohibited items list includes backpacks, coolers with wheels, glass containers, pre-mixed beverages, and liquid in containers larger than two liters. After 4 p.m. on July Fourth, only chairs and small tarps or blankets will be allowed for those entering the secured area....

Alben said the new security measures are precautionary, and that State Police have no information on any possible threats....

Then there aren't any because the NSA has been scooping up ALL WORLDWIDE COMMUNICATIONS for YEARS, so if there were any word out there they would know!

And with ALL THESE PRECAUTIONS nothing better happen (and won't. Too soon after the Marathon).

The Marathon bombings, he said, led the agency to review its security plan more closely.

“Open-air public celebrations have been an ongoing security concern around the country, certainly after 9/11,” he said....

“It is a signature event for the country and especially for Boston,” Steve MacDonald of Boston 4 Productions said. “We are excited that it has such a New England flavor this year.”

Not this year.

Or are they just faking it like two years ago?

"Security measures dampen mood for July Fourth party; Thoughts of terror alter mood for Esplanade celebration" by David Abel |  Globe Staff,  July 02, 2013

It's a kind of patriotic crisis....

This year’s celebration on the Esplanade, which traditionally draws about a half-million people and is the city’s largest event since the Marathon, is fraught with concerns. Some worry that no matter how much authorities beef up security, it will not be enough to stop a determined terrorist.

Then DO the RIGHT THING: SHELTER in PLACE on the FOURTH!

Others call new rules banning everything from backpacks to wheeled coolers Draconian and insist they will sap the joy of lounging beside the river for the day.

Last week, State Police said they will deploy hundreds of uniformed and undercover troopers, private security, federal agents, and National Guardsmen to the Esplanade on July 3 and 4.

There will be new checkpoints with metal detectors, more cameras, and other surveillance.

Now if only the government would stop creating, funding, and directing the terrorists and the patsies they pin the events on!

Visitors will also be banned from carrying in cans, glass containers, pre-mixed beverages, liquids greater than 2 liters, or any sharp objects. They will not be allowed to grill, and all blankets, tents, and other items must be carried in see-through bags....

Why don't you have them all strip naked? I'm sure the government perverts will like that! TSA will be envious even!

“We want to make it as safe a venue as possible for the families that come, and do that without sacrificing the spirit and flavor of the event,” said David Procopio, a State Police spokesman. “We specifically didn’t want to create the atmosphere of an armed camp, and we haven’t created that atmosphere. We believe people will be pleasantly surprised.”

To be safest of all, Bostonians, you should SHELTER IN PLACE!

As for the spirit and flavor, that has ALREADY BEEN DESTROYED!

But some have already decided not to go.

Debra Glidden was planning to take her 15-year-old granddaughter before learning about the new restrictions, which she calls “outrageous.”

“If we can’t bring backpacks, it’s just not worth the hassle,” said Glidden, 55, of Lynn. “I’d need a large bag to carry sweatshirts, drinks, snacks, sunscreen, cellphones, etc. I can’t imagine what someone with a child in diapers would do.”

TYRANNY SELDOM IS!

And if you have CHILDREN needing DIAPERS I would say to you SHELTER IN PLACE!

Steve Cimbrelo, who has watched the fireworks from the Esplanade since he was a child, called the new security rules “an ironic way to celebrate our independence.”

To say the least!

He has also decided against attending. “They’re going overboard with security,” said Cimbrelo, 26, a telecommunications consultant from Newton who says he has been to the Esplanade 15 times on the Fourth. “I don’t know how you can go there for 12 hours bringing next to nothing.”

Or you will have to BUY, BUY, BUY from VENDORS on SITE!

And WHO BENEFITS?

Others said they will make do, even if they are unhappy about the restrictions.

Yeah, that good old Yankee spirit of submissiveness! How in the hell did we ever win independence from England anyway?

Pat Rioux and her best friend have been going to the Esplanade every year for the past decade. If they cannot bring a cooler, she said, they’ll find food and drinks at the concessions....

Hope you bring a lot of $$ with you!

But she understands why the security has been heightened. “The bottom line is we don’t want to be terrorized,” said Rioux, 62, of Bolton. “We want to celebrate and embrace our freedom.”

Is that what you think this is, lady? The TYRANNY is the TERRORISM, and this is NO WAY TO CELEBRATE what PEOPLE DIED FOR!

Jim MacDonald, who for the past three decades has come to watch the Boston Pops on the Esplanade, had concerns about returning this year after learning that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, one of the suspects in the Marathon bombings, allegedly told authorities that he and his brother initially planned to target the festivities on the Fourth.

MacDonald comes every year with his wife, son, brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

“I have thought a lot about if what happened at the Marathon happened at the Fourth,” said MacDonald, 58, a state employee from Dedham. “That made it a lot more personal to me. How can you not have second thoughts?”

But he and his family have decided to attend. “This is where we have been, and this is where we will go and continue to go,” he said. “We will be inconvenienced, but we will adapt.”

Now spread those ass cheeks! (Think I'm joking? Keep reading).

For the Lincolns, the plan is less clear.

As committed as Matt Lincoln is to returning, his wife and daughter are seriously looking at other options.

Like SHELTERING IN PLACE!!

“The Fourth means a lot to me and my family,” said daughter Myrna Lincoln, 21, who has gone to the Esplanade all but one year of her life. “It’s sad that I feel less safe. I’m just not sure I want to be in that position, a place with such a large crowd where I won’t feel safe.”

Then for God's sake, SHELTER IN PLACE, lady!!!

And CELEBRATE YOUR FREEDOM for that attitude shows the "TERRORISTS" HAVE WON!

Ruth Lincoln said she has always felt a bit anxious about terrorism at the Fourth, especially after the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.

And there have been how many fireworks since without.... never mind, weak-minded pos.

“I’d like to be able to dismiss my anxieties, but I can’t anymore,” she said. “My husband might have to go alone this year.”

And when the terrorists blow him up how will you feel? Maybe you should keep him home or go with him, huh?

Or just SHELTER IN PLACE on that SOFA as you are QUIVERING in FEAR!!

Never mind that you have more of a chance being killed by a cop than a "terrorist."

"Heavy security readied for Esplanade on 4th; Bomb detection steps, troopers at celebration" by Maria Cramer |  Globe staff, July 03, 2013

More than a dozen extra bomb squad officers are coming into Boston from New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. State Police have spent the last two days sealing manhole covers and removing trash bins, trying to close off any places where someone could hide a bomb. And there will be twice as many troopers as last year guarding the events around July 4 in Boston.

But you won't notice anything.

The measures are part of a stepped-up security effort being put in place for the city’s Independence Day spectacle, the biggest event to take place in Boston since the April 15 Marathon bombings.

The annual Fourth of July fireworks display brings up to a half-million people to the Esplanade, easily one of the biggest events in the city each year, and it was a potential target for the two suspects in the Marathon attack.

If you believe that official bovine excrement of a story.

On Tuesday, troopers were loading trucks and trailers filled with bomb-detecting equipment to bring to the Hatch Shell, where the Boston Pops performs its Fourth of July concert.

Private companies have donated $2 million worth of robots, all-terrain vehicles, and thermal-imaging devices for bomb detection work. Thermo Fisher Scientific, a Waltham-based firm that specializes in laboratory instruments, loaned State Police $500,000 in products, including five handheld devices designed to help bomb squad officers figure out from a safe distance whether an unattended bag holds explosives.

What a great way to showcase their wares and maybe make some sales, 'eh?

“We bring a lot of state-of-the-art equipment to a lot of these events but this year is definitely a different environment,” said State Police Sergeant William Qualls of the bomb squad. “We feel prepared.”

There is no specific threat of terrorism by an organization or lone offender for the July 4 celebration, according to a 30-page safety assessment of the event prepared by several law enforcement groups, including the FBI.

But police had no information about a threat to the Boston Marathon either....

And HOW COULD THEY NOT when the NSA was SCOOPING UP ALL PLANETARY COMMUNICATIONS!

So, are there ANY DRILLS PLANNED TOMORROW?

The safety assessment is an annual manual prepared for law enforcement officials assessing myriad potential threats.

For example, it instructs officials to question the credentials of people trying to enter secured areas.

It warns of would-be terrorists who could hide devices inside phony casts or their body cavities.

Now drop trou and SPREAD THOSE CHEEKS!

NOW!!!!!

It also says police should be suspicious of food vendors and others who may have easy access around the Esplanade area.

Yeah, that hot dog could be a missile!

But CELEBRATE FREEDOM!

“The use of part-time or temporary employees, as well as the large number of volunteers at many outdoor gatherings may limit the ability of event sponsors to background screen for all staff,” the report states. “This celebration is seen as one of the most prominent July 4th celebrations in the nation and it could represent an attractive symbolic target for terrorists.”

Except it is not on national TV, so....

State Police said they do not yet know what the full cost of the extra security will be....

Nothing like paying for your own enslavement -- all on the basis of lies.

But in the end, the eyes of the public will be the best weapon for law enforcement, said Jeffrey Addicott, director of the Center for Terrorism Law at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio.

“The first line of defense is the public,” he said. “If you see somebody put down a backpack next to you and walk away, say something. It’s just a matter of you being aware and taking responsibility for your safety.”

Maybe you would like to “text-a-tip?”

Oh, yeah, and about backpacks: why was the alleged bomb in a black backpack when the Tsarnaev's were caught on video wearing gray ones (if you believe he official bullshit, that is)?

Authorities have announced that there will be new security checkpoints on the Esplanade and tough new bans that will prohibit visitors from carrying in backpacks, coolers on wheels, cans, glass containers, premixed beverages, liquids greater than 2 liters, or any sharp objects.

Boating traffic on the Charles River will be sharply limited as well.

For a shaken public, though, vigilance can easily veer into paranoia, said Lisa Fliegel, a Boston-based trauma counselor who has worked with survivors of the Marathon bombings, as well as victims of gun violence in Dorchester and terrorism in Israel and Northern Ireland.

“The first thing we want people to do is distinguish between paranoia and vigilance,” she said. “Paranoia is you start to think everybody around you is a bomber and vigilance is you’re playing close attention to everything.”

Well, YOU REAP what you SOW with the FALSE-FLAGGING LIES, so F*** OFF!!!!!!!

*****************************

Just knowing the Fourth of July celebration was a target of a terrorist is an emotional assault not only on the public, but also police, Fliegel said.

“I’m worried about law enforcement,” she said. “How are they going to be feeling when they’re guarding this event and everybody’s mind is under assault by the mere suggestion that something could have happened [on July 4]?”

Yeah, the poor enforcers!
