"Vandals puncture more than 100 auto tires in Randolph

Police are investigating after holes were poked in more than 100 car tires in Randolph. The 911 calls began flooding in to the police station around 4 a.m. Wednesday, said Lieutenant Charles Thistle of the Randolph police. Most of the vehicles with punctured tires were in parking lots at apartment complexes, although the culprit, or culprits, seem to have taken several detours down small side streets to cut tires, Thistle said. “We’re putting detectives on it, because it’s just so many,” he said. “It’s so senseless and affects so many people.” Investigators are reviewing security camera footage from the area."
