R.I. Students Blow Off School

Aaaah, the long ago and hazy memories of the day kegger:

"R.I. town OKs Breathalyzer tests for students

The School Committee in one Rhode Island town is allowing officials to administer random blood-alcohol tests to students at school dances or other extracurricular events. WPRI-TV reported Wednesday that officials intend to have the policy in place for the homecoming dance Saturday. Students will draw a ticket at random to determine who is given a Breathalyzer test. Students who refuse to draw a ticket would be sent home. As a reward, students selected for blood-alcohol tests will be entered into a raffle."

A police state in it's pure$t form and acclimating the kiddies right from the get-go (all for their own good, of course, always for their own good and don't you dare question it!).

I guess you kids are better off staying home and studying. Doesn't that Constitution say something about innocent until proven guilty?
