The Liberal Party of Canada whistleblower released a document about two months ago. It was a timeline for the COVID-19 roll-out describing in broad steps how the COVID-19 crisis would lead us into ‘The Great Reset’.
A full copy of the document is printed below*. Please copy and check where we are on the timeline during the coming months.
For now, take a look at number 6 on the list:
6) – Projected COVID-19 mutation and/or co-infection with secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21) leading to a third wave with much higher mortality rate and higher rate of infection. Expected by February 2021.
The “projected mutation” has been announced very recently in the UK. A new, faster-moving, more dangerous strain of Sars-Cov-2 is on the loose. It appears to have deformed itself into something quicker, more vicious and more dangerous within the large and beautiful county of Kent (probably to irritate its citizens, who have been unimpressed by COVID-19 and were complaining loudly about the ‘Tier 3′ restrictions about to be imposed on them).
Well, now they’re in (the newly invented, stricter) Tier 4. That’ll teach ’em.
We are told this new mutation has been identified, but we can’t yet be shown the ‘details’. Tricky science, you see.
How, one wonders, can anybody identify a mutation of a virus when no one has yet identified the original virus (Sars-Cov-2) from which it mutated?
Responses to FOI requests are very clear about this:
The DHSC holds NO INFORMATION relating to the isolation of the Sars-Cov-2 virus”.
In layman’s language this means that no one has ever been able to find it.

*THE STATEMENT RELEASED BY THE LIBERAL PARTY OF CANADA WHISTLE-BLOWER
I want to provide you some very important information. I’m a committee member within the Liberal Party of Canada. I sit within several committee groups but the information I am providing is originating from the Strategic Planning committee (which is steered by the PMO).
I need to start off by saying that I’m not happy doing this but I have to. As a Canadian and more importantly as a parent who wants a better future not only for my children but for other children as well. The other reason I am doing this is because roughly 30% of the committee members are not pleased with the direction this will take Canada, but our opinions have been ignored and they plan on moving forward toward their goals. They have also made it very clear that nothing will stop the planned outcomes.
The road map and aim was set out by the PMO and is as follows:
1) – Phase in secondary lock down restrictions on a rolling basis, starting with major metropolitan areas first and expanding outward. Expected by November 2020.
2) – Rush the acquisition of (or construction of) isolation facilities across every province and territory. Expected by December 2020.
3)– Daily new cases of COVID-19 will surge beyond capacity of testing, including increases in COVID related deaths following the same growth curves. Expected by end of November 2020.
4) – Complete and total secondary lock down (much stricter than the first and second rolling phase restrictions). Expected by end of December 2020 – early January 2021
5) – Reform and expansion of the unemployment program to be transitioned into the universal basic income program. Expected by Q1 2021.
6) – Projected COVID-19 mutation and/or co-infection with secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21) leading to a third wave with much higher mortality rate and higher rate of infection. Expected by February 2021.
7) – Daily new cases of COVID-21 hospitalizations and COVID-19 and COVID-21 related deaths will exceed medical care facilities capacity. Expected Q1 – Q2 2021.
8) – Enhanced lock down restrictions (referred to as Third Lock Down) will be implemented. Full travel restrictions will be imposed (including inter-province and inter-city). Expected Q2 2021.
9) – Transitioning of individuals into the universal basic income program. Expected mid Q2 2021.
10) – Projected supply chain break downs, inventory shortages, large economic instability. Expected late Q2 2021.
11) – Deployment of military personnel into major metropolitan areas as well as all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints. Restrict travel and movement. Provide logistical support to the area. Expected by Q3 2021.
Along with that provided road map the Strategic Planning committee was asked to design an effective way of transitioning Canadians to meet a unprecedented economic endeavour. One that would change the face of Canada and forever alter the lives of Canadians. What we were told was that in order to offset what was essentially an economic collapse on a international scale, that the federal government was going to offer Canadians a total debt relief.
12) –This is how it works: the federal government will offer to eliminate all personal debts (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc) which all funding will be provided to Canada by the IMF under what will become known as the World Debt Reset program. In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever. The individual would also have to agree to partake in the COVID-19 and COVID-21 vaccination schedule, which would provide the individual with unrestricted travel and unrestricted living even under a full lock down (through the use of photo identification referred to as Canada’s HealthPass) .
Committee members asked who would become the owner of the forfeited property and assets in that scenario and what would happen to lenders or financial institutions, we were simply told “the World Debt Reset program will handle all of the details”. Several committee members also questioned what would happen to individuals if they refused to participate in the World Debt Reset program, or the HealthPass, or the vaccination schedule, and the answer we got was very troubling. Essentially we were told it was our duty to make sure we came up with a plan to ensure that would never happen. We were told it was in the individuals best interest to participate. When several committee members pushed relentlessly to get an answer we were told that those who refused would first live under the lock down restrictions indefinitely. And that over a short period of time as more Canadians transitioned into the debt forgiveness program, the ones who refused to participate would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities. Once in those facilities they would be given two options, participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized.
So as you can imagine after hearing all of this it turned into quite the heated discussion and escalated beyond anything I’ve ever witnessed before. In the end it was implied by the PMO that the whole agenda will move forward no matter who agrees with it or not. That it wont just be Canada but in fact all nations will have similar roadmaps and agendas. That we need to take advantage of the situations before us to promote change on a grander scale for the betterment of everyone. The members who were opposed and ones who brought up key issues that would arise from such a thing were completely ignored. Our opinions and concerns were ignored. We were simply told to just do it.
All I know is that I don’t like it and I think it's going to place Canadians into a dark future.

Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin, the Canadian military officer overseeing the distribution of the vaccine to provincial health care systems, said that Pfizer would start shipping it from a plant in Belgium on Friday. That could make it possible, he said, for Canadians to begin receiving shots as early as next Wednesday. The vaccine must be kept at extremely cold temperatures until within a few days of use, making transportation and storage a challenge. Once it reaches Canada, it cannot be used right away because it must be thawed and prepared for injection. Canada has 14 depots across the country with special freezers for the vaccine. General Fortin said it would initially be distributed to all 10 provinces, which would then be responsible for injecting people.
Officials said the far northern territories, which are not equipped to handle the logistical challenges that go with the Pfizer-BioNTech shot, would have to wait for another vaccine. It will be up to Canada’s provincial governments to decide who will be vaccinated first. Dr. Howard Njoo, the country’s deputy chief public health officer, said a federal panel has recommended that the first injections go to people over the age of 80, residents and workers of long-term care homes, health workers and Indigenous communities. She said that the final data needed for approval arrived late Tuesday evening and was reviewed overnight, which allowed the approval to go forward.
For now, Health Canada has approved the vaccine only for people over the age of 16; it is waiting for further data from Pfizer before approving it for children. Canada’s review, Dr. Sharma said, supported Pfizer’s finding that the vaccine was 95 percent effective. It remains unclear how long the resulting immunity last. They typically leave Canada to hunker down in warmer climates for six months. They could fly, skirting travel restrictions at the border, but they’d rather “freeze their buns off” than go to the U.S., where COVID-19 infections and deaths are surging.
“It’s not worth taking a chance. It’s not nearly as bad in this country as it is down there," said Monk, 69. "Pretty much every Canadian person we do know that goes down (to the U.S.) is not going. It’s pretty widespread.”
“Snowbirds" like the Monks, often retirees who live somewhere warm like Arizona or Florida part time to escape cold weather, won't be flocking south this winter. For Canadians who drive, nonessential border travel is banned until at least Dec. 21. For some, it's fear of the virus.
While their absence is being felt by vacation rentals, restaurants and shops, RV parks and campgrounds are seeing an increase in campers as people travel closer to home.
A huge chunk of the snowbird population is Canadian. Evan Rachkovsky of the Canadian Snowbird Association said most people he’s spoken with are suspending trips to the U.S., but some are still adamant about going.
For those who go, they may face recommendations to quarantine for up to two weeks, though states often don't enforce it. They're also going into communities where hospitals are normally busiest during the winter months, and COVID-19 could overwhelm them.
Health insurance hurdles are deterring retired Toronto accountant Mel Greenglass, who for almost a decade has spent four months in southwest Florida near Naples. It's easier for those who don't have international borders to cross. Kathy Scott, 73, and her 81-year-old husband intend to make their annual drive from Salt Lake City to Arizona after Christmas.
Scott said she plans to mask up and practice social distancing to avoid burdening the medical system, adding that she's “not having any problem asking people about having been tested, about quarantining, about where they’ve been."

Opponents of a 145-mile electricity transmission corridor aimed at bringing Canadian hydropower to the New England grid are asking a federal appeals court to delay construction set to begin in January. Denied a preliminary injunction by a federal judge last week in Maine, three conservation groups filed the new request late Wednesday with the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Boston. They contend the federal judge’s ruling was too narrow and overlooked potential environmental harms. They asked for a ruling by Jan. 15. Thorn Dickinson, CEO and president of project developer NECEC LLC., called the 11th-hour legal maneuver a “desperate effort” and said workers intend to break ground “in the coming weeks.” The Sierra Club, Appalachian Mountain Club, and Natural Resources Council want the Army Corps of Engineers, which approved the project, to conduct a more rigorous environmental impact statement instead of the less-stringent environmental assessment. The $1 billion New England Clean Energy Connect would provide a conduit for up to 1,200 megawatts of Canadian hydropower to reach the New England power grid. Much of the project would follow existing utility corridors but a new swath would be cut through 53 miles of wilderness. Supporters say the project would reduce greenhouse emissions and stabilize energy costs in the region. Critics say that the benefits are overstated and that the project would destroy unspoiled wilderness."
