"Stocks rise as investors focus on Democrats’ plans for stimulus, not pro-Trump riot in Capitol; Stocks tied to the economy rallied, tech stocks fell as Georgia runoff wins gave Biden control of the Senate" by Larry Edelman Globe Columnist, January 6, 2021
Democrats won control of the Senate, a mob of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol, and investors — who hate uncertainty and preferred the upper chamber remain in GOP hands — sent stock prices higher.
You read that right.
Victories by Democrats Jon Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock in Georgia’s twin runoff Senate elections mean their party will call the shots in Congress and the White House for the first time since the 2010 midterm election. It’s a reversal of political power with pros and cons for the economy, but on Wednesday investors focused on the positive and dismissed the riot in Washington as a one-time event.
I thought it stunk right from the get-go when I saw an article on my blog roll and went over to Fox and the somber Bill Hemmer. As the evening progressed and I kept checking on events and watched some videos, it was obvious that they protesters were let in do to minimal security and all the rest, raising an absolute stench regarding events.
I will address such things more down below; however, for the time being it is increasingly important to notice that everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, that is presented to us by ma$$ media now is a contrived event -- either a complete fiction that is scripted or an abominable distortion of reality that upends truth.
Main Street and Wall Street assumed Republicans would hold on to the Senate after Democrats lost House seats in November even as Joe Biden denied Donald Trump a second term. Now the Senate will be split 50-50, with Kamala Harris, the vice president-elect, holding any tie-breaking vote.
That one-vote advantage — combined with the Democrats’ smallest margin in the House in nearly a century and Biden’s moderate instincts — suggests that a radical policy shift to the left isn’t in the cards.
I wouldn't be too sure of that given the diktats of the Great Re$et ma$ters and all the talk coming from vengeful types like the Globe. His statement could be a massive deke, something the pre$$ is known for.
Beyond that, how is it Trump had coattails with an empty suit that couldn't hold the Senate
Nothing makes sense, nor is it designed to. The ruling cla$$ no longer cares. They have us in a damned if we do, damned if we don't situation and all boxed in. Same is true of Trump for either being naive or impotent for letting it get this far, although it now looks like the last four years were a complete chimera.
Biden and the Democrats will push for more money for COVID-19 vaccinations and testing, as well as for aid to unemployed workers and small businesses. They may be able to increase the direct stimulus checks to $2,000 from the current $600, and they may be able to send hundreds of billions of dollars to cash-strapped state and local governments, which they failed to do in the relief bill Congress approved last month.....
Oh, yeah, you will get the $pit in the hand Chump-change check now, but the big question is how the Fed will react if economic growth really heats up?
What that seems to indicate is COVID vanishing after a few months (can't turn on a dime after the goal of removal has been accomplished), and we will be told Biden's 100-day lockdown and accelerated vaccine campaign is what got the job done.

I now turn to the Globe's front page which is nothing but what happened in D.C. yesterday:
They temporarily halted the congressional tallying of Electoral College votes that declare Joe Biden the next president, but those resumed hours later in serene peace and quiet with no one objecting anymore as Congress formalized Biden’s victory hours after mob violence interrupted the proceedings -- raising the stench of what occurred to astronomical and overwhelming levels.
Jazmine Ulloa says the place was under siege.
The question is, by whom?
I have to admit that I did not see it coming, and just when you thought things couldn't get crazier.....
Peter Baker of the New York Times says those who warned of worst-case scenarios under President Trump — only to be dismissed as alarmists — found some of their darkest fears realized in the storming of the Capitol and the breach of Democracy.
At the bottom of the page:
It is still on the mind of Georgian voters and the signs of election fraud were repeated in Senate runoff election, just something I felt you Needed To Know and the county maps always boggle the mind because it is mostly sprinkles of blue surrounded by seas of red, calling into question the last decade of elections.
The SRV also mapped out how the Georgia run offs look like typical voter fraud and election rigging, in what is REQUIRED READING!
I mean, even Lendman is seeing election-rigging striking twice in Georgia, and he is far from a Trump or Republican supporter.
Truth is the truth even if the pre$$ obscures and obfuscates it while declaring war on us (a proud arguer of secession based on the philosophy of America's wisest man, Jerry Springer, since at least July 2019 if not before. Sometimes you just have to go your separate ways).

Just in time to prosecute the Trump people, wow!
Better get your bids in quick because the PARTY is OVER:
"The Mardi Gras season always starts on Jan. 6 and ends on Fat Tuesday, which this year falls on Feb. 16. The season is usually marked by extravagant balls and parades where costumed riders throw trinkets to the mobs of people packed along the parade routes. The coronavirus has put an end to those large events, but that has not stopped notoriously creative New Orleanians from coming up with socially distant ways to celebrate....."

"The federal government is accelerating a plan to distribute coronavirus vaccines through retail pharmacies, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar said Wednesday. In a briefing with reporters, Azar and other officials from Operation Warp Speed acknowledged the slow rate of vaccine administration and said the administration is taking “immediate action” for states to speed up getting shots into arms......"
It is his greatest accomplishment and legacy as the light at the end of the tunnel grows brighter despite Arizona continuing to have highest rate of new cases and North Carolina nursing home employees refusing vaccination.
Oh, to get away from it all:
"Hopping on a plane to take a break from winter is a Canadian ritual. Suddenly, though, it’s become a mistake that’s upending the careers of politicians. Three provincial ministers, including Ontario’s finance chief, were forced to resign from cabinet in the last week after they were called out for jetting to balmy destinations over the holidays, in defiance of their governments’ guidelines to stay home because of Covid-19. About a dozen more public officials who traveled abroad have been accused of ethical breaches, with some losing their parliamentary titles, including two members of Justin Trudeau’s government. Canada’s travel rules are strict by the standards of most western countries. Borders are closed to the vast majority of foreigners, and a 14-day quarantine on arrival has slowed airline traffic. Canadian authorities have discouraged non-essential travel out of the country, though it isn’t banned....."
Must be why Canadians are so angry.
This will make some Americans angry:
The IRS declined to say how many people are affected by the requirement to file a tax return before receiving a stimulus payment, but the National Consumer Law Center said it could be up to 20 million as the US Treasury rushes to distribute second stimulus payments, and you can now write the loans off your taxes according to that foul bird they pa$$ed.

"Supporters of President Trump heckled Senator Mitt Romney, a Utah Republican, while he was traveling to Washington before a joint session of Congress on Wednesday to certify the election victory of President-elect Joe Biden, according to video shared online. Romney is part of the majority of Republican senators who have rejected efforts to overturn the election, a push that recently turned to the joint session of Congress to certify Electoral College results, a typically ceremonial affair. Supporters of Trump traveled to Washington to attend protests on his behalf Wednesday, even though the president’s baseless claims of fraud have been rejected by judges across the ideological spectrum, Republican and Democratic state election authorities, and even by Trump’s own attorney general. In one video that went viral Tuesday, a person filming with a phone approached Romney, sitting in the Salt Lake City airport, and asked him why he had not supported Trump in the election or in his claims of election fraud....."
He said he will not be intimidated because he lived in Ma$$achu$etts:

According to Kevin MacDonald:
1. The obvious: violence and property destruction all summer by the left—still continuing in Portland et al.— tolerated by politicians and ignored by most of media which is now outraged by the breach of the Capitol. Sedition!! Insurrection!! How quickly they forget all the violence by the left, including the riots in DC before, during, and after Trump’s inauguration. Imagine the rioting if Trump had won. It would have made what happened at the Capitol seem like child’s play.
His final thought was secession after conservatives on FOX News were saying things like “It was a bad election, but we have to fix that by changing the laws and going to court, not violence,” and I noticed that when I tuned into Tucker and he was singing the same tune. At least I won't be wasting any more time watching any "news" anymore.
I'm not condoning what happened, not at all, but things are never as they appear when presented by the propaganda pre$$ and even Jon Rappoport is asking if the assault on the Capitol building was a false flag by dissidents from Antifa after recruitment fliers were found and they were bussed in (the evidence has been confirmed after digging in the trenches).
He has some nerve after the way his party has acted the last four years and after the deafening silence regarding the left-wing sacking of cities this summer (more contrived outrage meant to damage Trump).
It's a standard tactic: accuse the other guy of the behavior of which you are guilty, and the LAUGHER is one critic is the notorious election-stealer and war-criminal George W. Bush!
If they can muzzle the President of the United States, they can muzzle anyone.
They APPEARED TO ALLOW PROTESTERS IN, and the failure of law enforcement makes police seem more necessary than ever, but......

The Globe is calling what happened American carnage, and should be no surprise given the dangerous monster Republicans created and unleashed on the Capitol as Trump’s mob came for the lawmakers in an attempted coup because of Republican enablers in Congress.
It was a white supremacist insurrection that overtook the Capitol, and TRUMP is the ENEMY!
Yes, those intrepid TV anchors, commentators, and chyrons who spoke of grim scenes in real time across all the channels.
Give yourselves another self-adulating, self-aggrandizing, self-serving pat on the back.
I really don't care what they think, and why are they interfering in our election?
Yeah, a "dark moment" before a "Dark Winter," huh, Joe?
So is the Globes calls quickly mounted on social media for Congress to impeach Trump a second time, and Representative Ilhan Omar, a Democrat from Minneapolis, said on Twitter that she is drawing up articles of impeachment.
My reaction is WHY BOTHER?
Despite the alleged volcanic fury of the guy, he is going down like a Ukrainian plane and will be lucky to escape the grave:
"COUP COMPLETE. Trump surrendered: Even though I totally disagree with the outcome of the election, and the facts bear me out, nevertheless there will be an orderly transition on January 20th. I have always said we would continue our fight to ensure that only legal votes were counted. While this represents the end of the greatest first term in presidential history, it's only the beginning of our fight to Make America Great Again! He did not say he conceded. However, that looks like the end. If he could not "Make America Great Again" from the inside due to the extent to which every institution was corrupted, how will he ever do it from the outside? Forget about ever getting a real president again, if anyone who is not establishment talks about being president and gets even a small amount of attention....."
That was the latest from Jim Stone, and the rumor is that Trump’s Cabinet will remove him from office if he persists after what happened.
There are those who are still delusional (the "ex-CIA" man is "curating" the truth as it were, so.....) even after
Trump folded like a cheap tent, and WTF??
He invites all his supporters to come to town, says it is going to be wild, gets them all riled up, then gives up and tells them all to GO HOME!!
RIP, America.
At least he will have more time to play golf.
