Self-serving front-page fare considering the Globe heavily advertises and brings you the Sawx and even sponsors the pregame show.

"With the Red Sox starting the new season Thursday against the Detroit Tigers, many fans have tempered expectations, a sharp contrast to last year’s runaway optimism. I know the feeling; happens every morning when I get a Globe.
