"Sunni lawmakers feud in Iraq" by Robert H. Reid, Associated Press | January 12, 2009

US commanders have been wary of major cutbacks in the 150,000-strong US military force, in part because of uncertainty over Iraq's political stability....

Translation: we ain't getting any cuts, and CUI BONO, huh?

WHO wants to STAY in Iraq, huh?

The US military said yesterday that an American soldier was killed the day before in a roadside bombing in eastern Baghdad. Three Iraqi police officers were killed yesterday in a drive-by shooting in Mosul, police said.

Oh, there is still a WAR going on?

That's the FIRST REPORT of VIOLENCE I've seen in WEEKS!!!
