BRATISLAVA, Slovakia — The leaders of four political parties in Slovakia signed an agreement yesterday to create a center-right government following June’s parliamentary election.

The coalition holds a 79-seat majority in the 150-seat Parliament and is led by Iveta Radicova of the Slovak Democratic and Christian Union.

Radicova is slated to become Slovakia’s first female prime minister.
