CAMBRIDGE — One of two day-care centers in Massachusetts exclusively serving homeless children age 5 and under, the Salvation Army’s Our Place has appealed the state’s decision and is waiting to hear whether the center will receive funding, program director Darlene Kopesky said....

Why are ANY CHILDREN HOMELESS in AmeriKa when we spend TRILLIONS on BANKS and WARS!?

If Our Place is forced to close in September because it does not receive the $160,000 it received from the state last year, Kopesky worries that the homeless parents who bring their children to the center will no longer be able to finish school or look for jobs during the day....
