Farewell to Florida

See you in the moving pictures....

"Casey Anthony released from jail

ORLANDO - Casey Anthony was released from a Florida jail, 12 days after she was acquitted of murder in the death of her 2-year-old daughter. Anthony got into an SUV after leaving the Orange County Jail in Orlando early this morning in the company of her attorney, Jose Baez. Anthony, 25, was found not guilty of killing her daughter, Caylee, in June 2008. But she was convicted of lying to detectives about the girl’s whereabouts. Her attorneys say that Caylee drowned in the pool. (AP)."

"Despite release, Anthony will face hurdles" July 18, 2011|Associated Press

ORLANDO, Fla. - This is what freedom looks like for Casey Anthony: $537.68 from her jail account, no job, estranged parents, a criminal record, lawsuits pending against her, and the hatred of multitudes who think she got away with murder.

She quickly gave reporters the slip (blog editor smiles) after walking out of jail yesterday, but whatever life she manages to build for herself will be lived under a media microscope and the shadow of countless threats....

Really, what is with the threats and has the corporate media contributed to hate?

With her hair in a bun, Anthony walked out the front door of an Orlando-area jail shortly after midnight, wearing a pink T-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers, and escorted by sheriff’s deputies holding semiautomatic rifles.

That's hot! I only say that because I know it will anger so many people.

Protesters taunted her as she climbed into a sport utility vehicle....

How come YOU GUYS can not PROTEST SOMETHING MEANINGFUL like the Wall Street looting of the nation or the WARS BASED ON LIES, huh?

Where she went next is unknown.

It will not be impossible for Anthony to get a fresh start, though it will be difficult, said Thomas Mesereau, a Los Angeles -based attorney whose clients have included the late singer Michael Jackson when he was charged with child molestation and actor Robert Blake when he was charged with murdering his wife.

Anthony could accept requests for paid interviews, or a benefactor may be able to help her in the short term, Mesereau said.

“When you have that degree of celebrity, there is usually somebody who would like to get involved,’’ he said.

I heard she was going to do porn but then the offer was withdrawnHirsch, was it?

What Everyone in AmeriKa is Talking About

Not anymore. 15 minutes must be up.

So what's the next dreadful diversion from the Florida courts?

"Neighbors knew Tyler Hadley as a polite and respectful teen who played basketball with his father in the driveway and built forts of junked wood as a child, not as someone who could kill his parents and throw a party while their bodies lay tucked beneath towels and other items in a locked bedroom....

"Handyman charged with killing Fla. priest" July 13, 2011|Associated Press

WINTER HAVEN, Fla. - A handyman is accused of using a Catholic priest’s own gun to kill him at a beachfront house in Mississippi, then taking his own children and former wife on a Disney World vacation in the dead cleric’s car, authorities said.

Maybe he pumped one too many poopers.

They had bought passes to the theme park and were preparing to make an early start from a Florida hotel yesterday when the suspect, Jeremy Wayne Manieri, was arrested.

Police tracked the priest’s stolen car using its antitheft device, according to Jon Kalahar, a spokesman for the Mississippi Department of Public Safety. Manieri will be charged with murder once he is brought back to Mississippi.

Tyranny tracking is good.

The Rev. Edward E. Everitt, 70, had gone to the beachfront house as part of his typical routine after Sunday Mass, a colleague said. The house is owned by several priests who use it as a weekend retreat, and Manieri did odd jobs for them.

Weekend retreat and odd jobs, huh?

"Police: Handyman killed priest, headed for Disney" by Tamara Lush and Holbrook Mohr Associated Press / July 12, 2011

WINTER HAVEN, Fla.— Jeremy Wayne Manieri was taken into custody without incident about 6 a.m. at a hotel in Polk County, Fla., after police tracked the priest's stolen car using its anti-theft device, Mississippi Department of Public Safety spokesman Jon Kalahar said. Manieri will be charged with murder once he's brought back to Waveland, Miss.

Police said the man's ex-wife did not know the car was stolen or how her husband got it and she was not expected to face charges....

Manieri was walking out of room 209 to have a cigarette when the police assault team descended on him....

The 31-year-old is a registered sex offender with a long criminal record, including a 2006 conviction on the charge of touching a child or a mentally defective, incapacitated or physically helpless person for lustful purposes, according to the Mississippi's sex offender registry....

Why did my printed paper wipe out all those details?

"Woman sentenced for threats to Fla. schools" July 15, 2011|Associated Press

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - A woman was sentenced yesterday to two years in federal prison for threatening gun violence last year against one of the nation’s largest school systems, triggering a massive lockdown affecting more than a quarter-million students....

Conservative radio talk show host Joyce Kaufman became controversial last year for making politically charged comments many people considered incendiary, including remarks at a Tea Party rally in July 2010 that “if ballots don’t work, bullets will. You need to be prepared to fight tyranny.’’

What is controversial about that?

"The Five Boxes of Liberty

  1. The Moving Box—right of association, in particular territorially via migration
  2. The Soap Box—right of free speech
  3. The Ballot Box—right to a voice in your government
  4. The Jury Box—right to a trial by jury of your peers
  5. The Ammunition Box—right to threaten or use appropriate violence in self-defense

You see where we are standing; why won't they listen?

And as we all know "those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.

Maybe that is what they want; then they can justify further tyranny.

Don't fall for it, America.  Gandhi showed the way because remember, this is the empire that loves you. They would certainly never hurt you, or gun you down in the streets if you were nonviolent.

And in taking a second look at the list it appears that Casey's acquittal was a step in the RIGHT DIRECTION! God bless the JURY BOX!

Tens of thousands of dollars in overtime and other expenses were incurred by numerous police agencies and the FBI, said prosecutor Michael Walleisa.

Well, whose overreacting fault to justify their budgets is responsible for that?
