A New Bedford bar owner and his son are facing charges after they allegedly offered customers cocaine with their cocktails, Bristol prosecutors say.

Henrique Trindade, 60, and his son and bar manager Clinton, 36, were allegedly selling cocaine at The Pub on Front Street, said Gregg Miliote, a spokesman for the Bristol district attorney’s office....

Henrique Trindade was arrested in The Pub Thursday night, and his son was arrested in his New Bedford residence. The arrests came after a yearlong investigation involving many agencies, Miliote said.

“During that time there were many controlled drug buys at The Pub,” Miliote said....
