"Police say R.I. drunk driver had son in car
A Central Falls man suspected of drunken driving with his 4-year-old son in the vehicle was arrested Saturday night, police said. Aramis Aviles, 29, failed a field sobriety test, police said. He lost his license four years ago after pleading no contest to driving under the influence. Aviles and his son were not wearing seat belts, according to police. Aviles was charged with driving under the influence and four traffic violations, and was held on $1,000 bail for arraignment Monday at District Court. It was not known Sunday if he was represented by a lawyer."
