A Cold Night in New England

And it's going to stay that way, too.

Media already lying: they say its 40-degrees out here. I just checked the thermometer: 28.

Sigh!

Fart Mist Freezes Over in New England

"Lost power continues to plague after storm" by Matt Collette and Sarah Gantz, Globe Correspondents | December 14, 2008

WORCESTER - .... About 172,000 homes and businesses in Massachusetts remained without power as of yesterday evening, and many were likely to stay that way for several days, according to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA).

Close to half of the Granite State remained in the dark last night with 407,000 homes and businesses without power, said Greg Champlain, spokesman for the state's Emergency Management. New Hampshire shelters hosted 700 people Friday night, according to Champlain, and officials expected a similar number to seek shelter last night.

About 1,000 Massachusetts residents spent Friday night in 40 shelters set up by the Red Cross and local communities, and countless more bunked with neighbors or friends, said Peter Judge, a spokesman for MEMA....

Bill Simpson, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Taunton, said temperatures stayed below freezing yesterday across the state. Boston temperatures were in the mid-20s. Last night, the forecast was for a drop into the teens in Boston, and it was expected to get "much colder in the suburbs, in the single numbers," Simpson said.

New Englanders will get a little relief today with predictions more on par with average temperatures, peaking in the low 40s. And tomorrow the weather could be nearly springlike, with temperatures expected to rise near 60 degrees....

I really can't take them anymore, readers. Here it is FREEZING COLD, and they are MILKING THIS "SPRINGLIKE" is coming! Never mind that they are LYING about the TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE!

I am SO SICK of the GLOBAL WARMING BULLSHIT!!!!

Because it is COSTING LIVES!!!!

At 2:30 p.m. yesterday, State Police divers recovered the body of Marlborough Department of Public Works foreman Kevin Connolly in the Sudbury Reservoir, according to a statement released by the Marlborough Police Department. Connolly had last been seen early Friday morning, when he was working to clear downed tree limbs. Police would not comment on the cause of death.

Weather might have been a factor in a fatal crash in Newton yesterday morning, according to a State Police spokesman. At 7:15 a.m., Lauren Tsai, 26, of Waltham, died after her 2002 Nissan Pathfinder went off Nonantum Road and crashed into the Charles River. Tsai was pronounced dead at the scene....

But you kn ow whom the MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE (based on the amount of print and concern they receive) are, don't you, readers?

Farther east, Haverhill showed little evidence of the ice storm yesterday with streets clear and trees intact, but many in that community and elsewhere in the Merrimack Valley still lacked power from the storm that had punished areas to the west and north.

In 28 years living in that city, Ira Korinow, rabbi at Haverhill's Temple Emanu-El, said he had never had a power outage that lasted more than a few hours. But yesterday his home remained dark and increasingly cold, 36 hours and counting. Korinow's Reform temple draws from both sides of the Massachusetts-New Hampshire border, and several congregants told him after services yesterday that they were still without electricity.

Oh, heavens!! Jews without power! Better get right on it!! Meanwhile, the DEAD PEOPLE are lucky to get a paragraph!

When the temple regained power Friday afternoon, Korinow and his wife, Gail, had transferred a case of kosher chickens and 15 containers of her homemade chicken soup "priceless," the rabbi said from their freezer to the temple's, and they had stayed late at the warm, lighted synagogue Friday night reading....

They HAVE POWER NOW, huh? Un-frikkin'-real!

Nevertheless, the Globe INSISTS on pushing the GLOBAL WARMING MYTH and we know why: CARBON TAX!

They couldn't make it any clearer:

"In Europe, conserving gas is a matter of habit; Stricter standards, higher taxes, and a new president with a green agenda could completely reshape the way Americans drive. To see what the future could look like, just cross the Atlantic" by Jenn Abelson, Globe Staff | December 14, 2008

WASSERBILLIG, LUXEMBOURG -

American drivers could soon find.... increases to gas taxes to fill civic coffers bled dry by an economic downturn.... The idea of raising gas taxes in America would have been almost unthinkable a few months ago. But now with crude oil at about $46 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange and gas below $2 a gallon, it's easier for politicians and drivers to stomach....

Forgive me for asking CUI BONO and believing that EVERYTHING in this world is MANIPULATED by the GLOBALISTS to serve their agenda!! Or is that just a coincidence how everything always works out in their favor?

These efforts, combined with stricter fuel economy standards, higher gas taxes, and a new US president with an aggressive green agenda, could completely reshape the way Americans drive....

You HAVE BEEN WARNED, America!!!!
