This is the "Free West?"

"Noting the power of the Internet in spreading radical messages, the government will consider a list of blocked websites featuring illegal or unlawful material.
 
Yeah, or the truth! 

 Under the plan, computers in schools, libraries, and colleges will also be barred from accessing unlawful material on the Internet....  

Does that mean no more propaganda, I mean, newspapers?
