"Police say Topsfield man had expansive weapons stockpile" by David Abel |  Globe Staff,  July 17, 2013

TOPSFIELD — A 27-year-old man arrested last month after attacking his mother and threatening to blow up an airplane had filled his home with an arsenal of weapons and bomb-making materials, including a large pressure cooker like those used in the Marathon bombings, police said in a recently unsealed sworn statement.

Daniel Morley, a technician who spent seven years working in the division of comparative medicine at MIT, also had ball bearings and fertilizer, a shotgun and pistol, hundreds of rounds of high-caliber ammunition, swords, knives, and anti-Semitic and antigovernment literature, according to the statement.

He worked at Military Industrial Tech!?

Morley said he was about to do something he considered beyond the pale.

“I’m sorry for what I have done . . . and I will have to answer only to God,” he told his mother, according to the court records.

This is SUCH a PATHETIC PRAYER of PROPAGANDA it is as titled!

Please, you guys really don't think we are buying or believing any of this, do you?

It's just a throw the shit on the wall so we can refer to the stain later way of AmeriKan media these days, right?

FBI officials said they are assisting local and State Police in the investigation, but declined to comment about any possible connection between Morley and a friend he said had boxed with Tamerlan Tsarnaev, one of the alleged Marathon bombers. Morley apparently broke off a close friendship with that man.

Morley was arrested June 9 after his mother, Glenda Duckworth, and her boyfriend, David Bloss, fled their home and flagged down local police, telling them her son had attacked them and threatened to burn down their house. After a nearly four-hour standoff with police, Morley was charged with two counts of assault and battery and making a bomb threat that forced the evacuation of much of their neighborhood....

Robert LeBlanc, a Methuen lawyer representing Morley, said Duckworth told him the pressure cooker found in her son’s closet was there for “something other than what police concluded.”

He meant to make a meal?

He added: “I don’t think there is any Tsarnaev connection.”

Duckworth declined to comment when reached by phone.

In a restraining order she filed last month, she said she came home June 9 to find her son livid. When she tried to make him a sandwich, she said he grabbed her glasses off her face and tried to burn them on the stove. As she protested, he ripped off a heart pendant that he and her other son had given her for Mother’s Day.

That's just wrong.

Morley then allegedly dragged his mother by the arm into the living room, pushed her down, and drew a cat’s face on her face. “Witch burn in hell,” he chanted, according to court records. After she fled into a bathroom, she said, her son attacked Bloss, who had been sleeping.

In April, Duckworth told investigators she was shocked to hear her son’s response after she told him about the Marathon bombings. “What’s the big deal, people are dying all over the place,” he said, according to the sworn statement.

Oh, what a WONDERFUL PIECE of PROPAGANDA!

Yes, anyone who draws comparisons to outsized, agenda-pushing, mouthpiece media coverage (like with Zimmerman or the SF plane crash when worse happens every day and not a word from the ma$$ media) is SOMEHOW SOME NUT "terrorist!"

Yeah, if you CRITICIZE the LACK of COVERAGE of the MASS MURDERING WARS and the LIES that ENABLED THEM or the role of this CORRUPT CAPITALI$T $Y$TEM and its destruction of environment, well, you must be a terrorist!

Boy, is the bovine s*** pile a big one today!

She also told investigators the family had no idea Morley had stockpiled weapons and bomb-making materials, saying he would become furious if she or her boyfriend entered his room....

Was this guy on any PRESCRIPTION PHARMACEUTICALS?

He's back in court today, huh?

NEXT DAY UPDATE:

"Robert LeBlanc, a Methuen lawyer representing Morley, said earlier this week that his client had suffered a psychotic break from reality after failing to take medication. He called Morley “very smart” and said he has a high IQ. LeBlanc said he does not expect his client to appear in court for the August hearing."

My question has been answered, and is this particular piece of poop propaganda really starting to stink.

"FBI bars Fla. from releasing Todashev autopsy" by Maria Sacchetti |  Globe Staff, July 16, 2013

A Florida medical examiner’s office said Tuesday that the FBI has ordered the office not to release its autopsy report of a Chechen man fatally shot by a Boston FBI agent in May because of the federal agency’s active internal investigation into his death.

The "active investigation" excuse is bulls***. They already have all the information because the only record is the FBI field notes (and what has already been reported).

The medical examiner’s office said it completed the autopsy report on Ibragim Todashev, a friend of suspected Boston Marathon bomber, on July 8 and that the report was “ready for release.” The agent shot and killed Todashev on May 22 in his Orlando apartment during an interrogation related to the Boston Marathon bombings.

“The FBI has informed this office that the case is still under active investigation and thus not to release the document,” Tony Miranda, forensic records coordinator for Orange and Osceola counties in Orlando, said in a letter to the media today. Miranda said state law bars his office from releasing the report if an criminal investigation is ongoing.

The FBI and the Justice Department are conducting an internal inquiry into the shooting, but critics have called for an independent inquiry, questioning the blanket of secrecy surrounding the case.

That's what you do when you are hiding something.

The FBI and the Massachusetts State Police sought out Todashev after the Marathon bombings, but have refused to release details of the shooting. Media reports have provided conflicting accounts: Some said Todashev attacked the agent with a blade during an interrogation, while others said Todashev was unarmed. Another said he lunged at the agent with a metal pole or a broomstick.

The medical examiner's office said it would check with the FBI every month for permission to release the autopsy report, and that such delays most frequently happen with homicide cases.

If it is ever released it will be over a holiday weekend.

According to media reports, Todashev was about to sign a confession implicating himself and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who is now dead, in the 2011 slayings of three men in Waltham.

If he was about to sign a confession.... ?????? Reading between the lines tells you he was refusing to sign it -- so they killed him.

Instead, Todashev lunged at the agent, who was injured, according to reports. The agent shot Todashev multiple times, according to family members who released photos of Todashev’s dead body as part of their call for an inquiry into his death.

Family members and advocacy groups have questioned the media accounts, pointing out that Todashev had repeatedly cooperated with the FBI and had been weakened by recent knee surgery.

Yeah, I told you that a while ago, but it's not a focus of the AmeriKan media. Would have made it hard for him to do what the FBI said.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations and the ACLU have called for independent inquiries into the shooting.

We don't need independent investigations that will be co-opted. We need the f***ing government to start telling the truth.

The council said in a letter to the Department of Justice, which oversees the FBI and is participating in the internal inquiry, that FBI agents had approached Todashev in an aggressive manner. In one instance, the council said, six law enforcement agents drew their guns and pushed Todashev to the ground.

Todashev, a 27-year-old ethnic Chechen like Tsarnaev, came to America in 2008 to study English and won asylum that year from his native Russia. He lived in Allston and Cambridge before moving south to Florida.

A mixed martial arts fighter, Todashev was arrested in 2010 in Boston for a road-rage incident and again in Florida weeks before he was killed for allegedly beating a man in a fight over a parking space.

According to CAIR in Florida, which is conducting its own investigation into Todashev’s slaying, Todashev had spoken to the FBI at least three times at their offices after the Marathon bombings. Family and friends have said he postponed a trip home to Chechnya to speak with the FBI the night of May 21, staying up with them past midnight until he was killed.

That was the worst decision he ever made.

And WTF was the FBI doing at his house for so many hours late at night?

"Tsarnaev legal team asks to add lawyer" by Travis Andersen |  Globe Staff, July 16, 2013

Lawyers for accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are again seeking to have renowned death penalty lawyer David I. Bruck appointed to the defense team in the case.

Judy Clarke, another high-profile capital defense lawyer appointed to the Tsarnaev case, filed a motion to add Bruck to the team on Monday, noting that the Virginia-based lawyer has specialized in death penalty cases for more than three decades.

A judge appointed Clarke April 29 but denied a request to add Bruck, while leaving open the possibility of appointing him in the future, pending new developments, court records show.

Clarke said Tsarnaev now faces dozens of allegations for which he could be executed, while he faced only two capital offense charges in April.

“Counsel expect that the amount of discovery that this investigation will produce will be truly massive,” Clarke wrote.

“Thus even were this not a potentially capital case, the magnitude of the task confronting Mr. Tsarnaev’s attorneys would be daunting.”

Bruck could not be reached Monday, and a spokeswoman for US Attorney Carmen M. Ortiz declined to comment.

Attorney General Eric Holder will have the final say on whether to seek the death penalty, and a spokesman said Monday that no timetable has been set for when he will decide.

Besides Clarke, three federal public defenders in Boston, including Miriam Conrad, the lead attorney in that office, now represent Tsarnaev.

The lawyers initially sought the appointments of Clarke and Bruck in April.

In Monday’s filing, Clarke cited prior federal cases in which two or three lawyers with death penalty experience were added to assist court-appointed defense attorneys.

She described Bruck as “one of the most experienced and well-regarded capital defense attorneys in the United States” and said he has argued seven capital cases before the US Supreme Court, prevailing in six of them.

His former clients include Zayd Hassan Abd al-Latif Masud al-Safarini, who received a life sentence for his role in the hijacking of a Pan Am jet in Pakistan in 1986, in which 22 people were killed.

Tsarnaev, 19, faced his alleged victims in federal court in Boston for the first time last Wednesday, pleading not guilty to a slew of charges in an indictment accusing him of carrying out the bombings, which killed three and injured more than 260, with his older brother, Tamerlan. Tamerlan, 26, died in a shootout with police.

I'm tired of boiled down garbage background reinforcing the official lie.
