Lehmann's Larceny

"Authorities say a Massachusetts woman has been charged with stealing items from a man’s apartment last year while he and his 11-year-old daughter lay dead inside. The Berkshire Eagle reports 50-year-old Jodie Lehmann, of Pittsfield, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges of larceny from a building and felony daytime breaking and entering. Forty-seven-year-old Anthony Nazareth and his daughter, Hannah Nazareth, were found dead in their apartment last August. Police say Lehmann and another man took items including a television, DVD player and clothing while Nazareth and his daughter were dead inside the residence."
