The Madoff Cover-Up Begins

They say he committed suicide:

"
De La Villehuchet was found "with his feet propped up on his desk, a trash pail nearby to collect blood," and no sign of a second person.... He had "multiple stab wounds" to his arms and wrists, and a box-cutter and pills were nearby"

Suicide by STABBING HIMSELF with a BOX-CUTTER and a BUCKET to catch the BLOOD??

Couldn't think of an easier way?

Look what the MSM leads with, too!!!

"Foundations to aid groups Madoff hurt" by Michael Paulson, Globe Staff | December 24, 2008

Many of the largest Jewish foundations in the nation yesterday said they will try to provide financial and legal assistance to nonprofits that lost money in the Bernard L. Madoff scandal, which has caused significant damage to the world of Jewish philanthropy.

Yeah, they can tell you it's all Jewish, but if you have a gripe about it and point out the hypocritical fact, then your labeled an "anti-semite" by the Zionist guardians of probity's gates!

At a meeting in New York hosted by the Jewish Funders Network, officials representing 35 large foundations said they would launch an effort to assist organizations that were supposed to get money from charities that no longer can honor commitments because of Madoff, to provide free consulting services to small nonprofits facing legal or tax problems related to the alleged fraud, and to offer bridge loans to charities facing potential collapse, said Mark Charendoff, president of the network.

Yup, Zionists watch out for other Zionists!

He said the organizations represented at the meeting have billions of dollars in assets, and most were not directly harmed by the $50 billion Ponzi scheme allegedly carried out by Madoff, who managed money for many Jewish organizations, as well as hedge funds, individuals, and others.

Authorities charged Madoff on Dec. 11 with securities fraud for running a scheme that paid one set of investors with money from another. Among the foundations represented was the Chais Family Foundation, a Jerusalem-based foundation assisting Jewish causes in Israel and the United States. Last year, it claimed $178 million in assets but it's closing because it had invested with Madoff.

Charendoff, offering the highest estimate to date of damage to the Jewish community, said he believes the losses are at least $2.5 billion, and "it's getting bigger." Among the affected philanthropies were the Robert I. Lappin Foundation of Salem, which closed this month because its estimated $8 million endowment had been invested with Madoff, and the Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity Inc., which had nearly all of its assets of $15.2 million invested with him.

"There was a good deal of anger in the room," Charendoff said. "These are all people who have committed their lives to Jewish philanthropy, and here this guy went around and partly used this facade of being a Jewish philanthropist in order to identify and exploit his victims."

How does it finally feel to get fucked, jack-off?

Charendoff said the foundation leaders plan to reach out to the network of Jewish federations around the country, such as Combined Jewish Philanthropies in Boston, to try to help.

"Just to be clear, we're not under any impression that we can solve or fix this," Charendoff said. "Jewish tradition teaches us that there's no one who is responsible to complete the work, but that doesn't mean that you have no responsibility to contribute to the work, and that's what this is all about."

To help nonprofits in danger of closing, Charendoff said, the large foundations will try to determine whether there are surviving foundations willing to fulfill pledges made by failing foundations. And, he said, the remaining foundations would try to help nonprofits that express a desire to merge or otherwise collaborate, rather than close their doors.

He said the group will also try to create a "pro-bono human resources bank," which would provide legal, accounting, and human resources assistance to nonprofits.

If Jews are behind many of those agenda-pushing groups, so many things start falling into place!

He said the legal help could be used by nonprofits that want to litigate in an effort to recoup some of their losses, or to help charities that made money with Madoff and face efforts at "clawbacks" from other creditors.

Oh, so the ones who ACTUALLY STOLE the $$$ will get to KEEP IT, huh?

"Socialites step down as chairs of fund-raiser; Jaffes bow out of Palm Beach event for Dana-Farber" by Jeffrey Krasner and Jenn Abelson, Globe Staff | December 24, 2008

Robert and Ellen Jaffe, the Boston and Palm Beach socialites embroiled in Bernard L. Madoff's alleged $50 billion Ponzi scheme, yesterday stepped down as cochairs of the upcoming gala the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute holds every year in the wealthy Florida enclave.

Robert Jaffe, 64, served as vice president of Cohmad Securities Corp., which funneled clients to Madoff's investment fund. "Given the demands of their family, the Jaffes stepped down as cochairs" of the Discovery Ball, said Bill Schaller, a spokesman for Dana-Farber.

One of the biggest society functions of the year, the gala is scheduled for Feb. 21 at The Breakers resort.... The move served to underscore how the Madoff scandal has reverberated through the elite corners of high society, where hospitals and other nonprofits go for many donations.

That's ZIONIST SOCIETY, my friends!

Ellen Jaffe is the daughter of Carl and Ruth Shapiro, the wealthy philanthropists whose names adorn buildings in Boston's Longwood Medical Area and at Brandeis University and many other institutions.

Yeah, about those connections:

The Shapiros lost about $145 million, about half the value of their charitable foundation, in the Madoff scheme, and millions more in personal wealth. The growing crisis has already taken a toll on Robert Jaffe's other philanthropic and community efforts. He recently stepped down from his post as chairman of Palm Healthcare Foundation, a West Palm Beach group that funds nonprofits....

And NOW to the INTRIGUE!!!!

"Money manager with Madoff ties may be a suicide" by Globe Wire Services | December 24, 2008

A New York money manager who may have lost $1.4 billion of client funds invested with Bernard L. Madoff apparently killed himself in his Madison Avenue office.

The body of Thierry Magon de La Villehuchet, 65, a cofounder and chief executive of Access International Advisors, was found yesterday morning. "Our investigative premise is that it was a suicide," Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said.

De La Villehuchet was found "with his feet propped up on his desk, a trash pail nearby to collect blood," and no sign of a second person, Kelly said. He had "multiple stab wounds" to his arms and wrists, and a box-cutter and pills were nearby. No suicide note was found.

Not slashes? Stabs? He couldn't think of an easier way, like hanging or jumping out the building?

The company raised money mainly from wealthy Europeans.

Jewish I'll bet!

The death came as lawsuits mounted in connection with investors victimized by Madoff, who was arrested on Dec. 11 for allegedly running a $50 billion Ponzi scheme.

Yes, very suspicious; I'm sure it's just a coincidence.

For example, Fairfield Greenwich Group, a hedge-fund firm that had $7.5 billion invested with Madoff, has been sued for allegedly failing to protect clients' assets. And a New York woman who says she lost most of her savings is seeking $1.7 million in damages from the Securities and Exchange Commission....

The tally of investors hurt by Madoff continues to grow. Pedro Almodovar, the Spanish film director, has about $280,000 at risk, the Spanish daily El Economista reported. Access managed $3 billion and had 26 employees, according to marketing documents dated September. Its LUXALPHA SICAV-American Selection fund invested solely with Madoff.

And this guy turns up "suicided," huh? Oh, stink!
