"Sudan ready for South negotiations

KHARTOUM - Sudan says it is ready to hold talks with South Sudan about outstanding issues between the two countries. Sudan’s Foreign Ministry said Saturday that the “security question’’ should top the agenda. The ministry’s statement comes just days after South Sudan accused Khartoum of resuming bombing of the south in violation of calls for peace. The countries were supposed to hold talks in April."
