Slow Saturday Special: Brief Petting

"Woman receives probation for pet store break-in

A 23-year-old Norwalk woman has been sentenced to probation for attempting to break into a pet store and free the puppies inside. Anouk Govil was arrested Jan. 15 outside Puppies of Westport, after police caught her with a rock trying to break the front door. She told authorities she was trying to get into the store to ‘‘set the puppies free.’’ The Hour of Norwalk reported that Govil was granted accelerated rehabilitation Thursday in an appearance in Superior Court. Under the program, she will have the criminal mischief charge expunged from her record if she successfully completes three months of probation."

"Maine teens deny torturing kitten

Two teenage girls from Maine have denied felony animal cruelty charges of putting an 8-week-old kitten in a microwave and turning it on. The South Portland girls, who were 15 when they were charged in September, told a judge Thursday that they understood the charges and entered the juvenile equivalent of a not-guilty plea. The Portland Press Herald reported that the judge ordered both to undergo a psychological evaluation and released them to the custody of their parents with conditions. A video of the incident showed up on social media, provoking outrage. The kitten survived and has since been adopted."

There is a reward for the teens' death because some are red in rage at the taking of their young.

All I can say is I am astonished although not surprised at the lack of respect for life in AmeriKa. It's been decades of war-promoting deceptions along with indoctrination and inculcation in Zionist values.

That being said, I'm going to be extra kind to the cats I pet tonight. How anyone could even consider doing such a thing to an animal is beyond me.

This isn't:

"Grisly scene described in triple-killing trial" Associated Press   May 03, 2014

BANGOR — Three bodies found in a burning car in 2012 were damaged so badly that some were missing limbs, a former state medical examiner testified Friday in the trial of two men charged in the gruesome triple killing in Bangor.

As testimony got underway, first responders described the horror of finding the bodies inside a rental car that was discovered burning in a parking lot early on Aug. 13, 2012.

Randall Daluz of Brockton, Mass., and Nicholas Sexton of Warwick, R.I., are charged with three counts of murder and one count of arson.

Prosecutors said drug dealing played a role in the killings of Daniel Thomas Borders, 26, of Hermon; Nicolle Ashley Lugdon, 24, of Eddington; and Lucas Alan Tuscano, 28 of Bradford.

All of the victims had consumed drugs before their deaths, said Dr. Michael Ferenc, who was the state’s deputy chief medical examiner at the time. Borders and Lugdon had been shot in the head, he testified, while the extensive fire damage made it impossible to confirm that Tuscano had been shot.

Sometimes I think the animals have it right; you don't see them killing each other over drugs or a f***ing profit percentage.
