Nothing in today's Globe about it, and wait until you see which one they ran up the flagpole in its place!
Marriage a ‘fundamental right’ for all, Supreme Court rules
I suppose it falls under the nebulous and arbitrary "pursuit of happiness," except that is the Declaration of Independence. Nowhere in the Constitution is marriage mentioned, and thus it is a state's right according to that document. But not against a federal court that seems to have flipped all of a sudden.
Roberts court surprises observers on left and right
Not me. The administration obviously has something on the guy via their data collection entities, and they proved it again the other day. I'll address this administration and its leader later in this post.
Roots of ruling extend back to raucous Beacon Hill row
The man who should have been king. Would have changed nothing, and it sure would have been fun watching him get shredded to pieces trying to get an immigration bill through.
Upon the turning in I find the issue dominates pages A4, A5, A6(2), and the entire op-ed section (save for an invisible ink of an endorsing editorial).
You sensing a theme here, readers?
My print did give me an invisible ink for the eulogy:
"The Confederate battle flag has consumed much of the attention of South Carolina lawmakers in recent days, and in a speech punctuated repeatedly by ovations, Mr. Obama drew the biggest reaction, a standing, stamping cheer, when he addressed it.
“For many, black and white, that flag was a reminder of oppression and racial subjugation,” the president said. “Removing that flag from the state Capitol would not be an act of political correctness. It would not be an insult to the valor of Confederate soldiers. It would simply be an acknowledgment that the cause for which they fought, the cause of slavery, was wrong.”
This guy has become increasingly insulting as his dictatorship has flourished.
I would like to point out that the AMERIKAN FLAG now needs to be REMOVED, and I will give you the top two reasons (it's an endless list after what the U.S. government has done overtly and covertly around this planet):
Vietnam: begun in earnest after the completely fictitious Gulf of Tonkin incident.
Iraq: the WMD lies
Mr. President?
.... Speaker after speaker took the podium to pay tribute at a funeral with a revivalist, even joyful spirit."
Oh, that just REEKS of crisis actors being paid and a completely staged event!
Of course, politicians and the corporations they regulate (and whose data has been collected by the NSA) would never $toop to such dirty deceptions, and the the ma$$ media would certainly call them on it. Right?
And since we are talking about the “suffering under the weight of institutional oppression,” what will we do about the Israeli flag? I mean, if there was ever a textbook case of such a thing.... I'm sure many Palestinians and Arabs would agree with me.
Maybe the Globe missed it because the New York Times completely rewrote and reedited the thing (wow).
And here we have a problem:
I find that flag offensive, and it has nothing to do with gayness (now I understand the chosen focus). I just don't like certain colors or symbols. I know I'm not alone in that regard.
Of course, I say it with complete irony to show the ridiculousness of the road that the agenda-pushing, propaganda pre$$ and ma$$ media are driving. Mike Rivero got it completely right yesterday (I was able to listen for almost two hours) when he said this isn't about the Confederate battle flag, this is about destroying free speech. It's about sanitizing language and symbols to erase any collective unconsciousness and unity among the population and setting the grounds for a politically-correct orthodoxy to be handed down by the regime with an increasingly frightening figure at the head of it right now. He's pushing WWIII as hard as he can while the country is on the verge of martial law (being stirred up by agent provocateurs and government instigators).

As if things were not bad enough, now the continuing upending of history goes back over 150 years. No wonder Lincoln is so revered by the historical and cultural propaganda (and the instant he turned on those bankers, they killed him).
Sigh. I've been lied to my whole life. About everything.
I may be folding it up for the day, I don't know. Haven't read much of the Globe yet, so don't expect anymore Slow Saturday Specials. Maybe I'll work on things for tomorrow.
