"NH starts weekly water tests near Vermont Yankee

CONCORD, N.H. --New Hampshire authorities have begun weekly collecting and testing of water samples along the Connecticut River in response to radioactive tritium leaking from the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant.

The state Health Department's emergency services unit announced the weekly sampling plan Friday. It will continue through March.

Public Health Director Dr. Jose Montero says initial tests all have come back negative for tritium....

How sad that I don't even know if I believe him.

That's where we are in 21st-century America.


Newspapers and governments are not to be believed -- and for good reason.
