The iPhone Flu

Glad I don't have one.

"Swine flu has killed 12,000 in US" by Bloomberg News | February 13, 2010

NEW YORK - Swine flu has killed about 12,000 people in the United States, disproportionately targeting the young, US health officials reported today.

Translation: the amount is actually lower since it is the agenda-pushing government telling you that.

The number could fall short of the 36,000 patients who die each year from seasonal flu.

I was told last fall during the profit-pumping scare it was 60,000+ a year -- and no, I'm not going to go find a link. I'm moving on!

Almost 1 in 5 Americans was infected by swine flu since the virus emerged in April, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said....

Then I BEAT IT with common sense, cleanliness, and natural immunity?

ALL RIGHT!

Seasonal influenza strains never emerged this year and swine flu rates have declined since peaking in late October.

But LOOK what WENT UP!

FLASHBACK:

"Glaxo’s profit soars on vaccine demand

LONDON - GlaxoSmithKline PLC, the world’s second largest drug maker by revenue, reported that its fourth-quarter profit soared by 66 percent, boosted by strong sales of swine flu vaccine and flu medicine.

I guess it worked, huh?

And they have the TAXPAYERS to THANK!!!

In the three months ended Dec. 31, Glaxo turned a profit of $2.6 billion, compared with $1.54 million a year earlier.

Thank you, taxpayers of the world!!!

The strong finish pushed full-year profits up 20 percent.

Total vaccine sales were up 30 percent for the year....

Not feeling so good, are you, American?

The majority of patients who die from seasonal flu are older than 80, according to the CDC.

“The fact that there are young healthy people dying and being hospitalized at these rates, that’s the important feature of this pandemic,’’ said Beth Bell, at the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Disease. “There are still hospitalizations and deaths being reported. We have ample supply of vaccine, and this is a good time to get vaccinated.’’

Why, so the (admittedly dumbed-down) but YOUTHFUL ENERGY can be CULLED if not DRUGGED OUT of the RESISTANCE? Those that haven't been brainwashed, indoctrinated, and inculcated in Zionist ideology and internalized the stuff.

Swine flu was the first pandemic in 40 years, sweeping the globe at an unprecedented rate. Regular flu killed more and this hardly raised a fever, and yet we get a sentence like that.

Sigh.

Gee, I'm feeling a little flu coming on myself.

"iPhone applications are a helping hand in fighting pandemics; Transform ways consumers learn of health threats" by Deborah Yao, Associated Press | February 16, 2010

I'm sorry; I usually leave mine next to the television speaker (so the spooks can listen in to whatever movie or ballgame I'm watching) or in the drawer where it looses its battery power and shuts off by itself. I rarely take it with me when I leave the house.

PHILADELPHIA - HealthMap Outbreaks Near Me is among scores of iPhone apps, along with social networks, Wikipedia and flu-tracking sites, that give consumers new ways to share information, shape conversations, and keep tabs on swine flu and other health threats like it....

Yeah, I'll be checking that one every day.

Yeah, we have bigger problems around here.

The public now can help paint a fuller picture of what’s happening and complement the often delayed and restrained announcements from health officials.

Yeah, and if you ain't gonna do that they don't wanna hear from you!

And though swine flu infections have been waning since October, the apps and other digital tools have transformed the way such health crises will be tracked in years to come.

The GLOBALIST AGENDA is NEVER VERY FAR AWAY in the agenda-pushing paper.

They offer a window into the opportunities - and dangers - that come with the rapid spread of information from everyday people.

Take a dig at the truth-telling bloggers, why don't you, scum media?

These digital tools could open the door to mass panic from unreliable or false reports.

Oh, like what GOVERNMENT and MSM do ALL the TIME here in AmeriKa?

After all, the public is often unfamiliar with medical terminology and can mistake ordinary colds for more serious illnesses such as the swine flu....

Translation: government $kew$ the $tati$tic$ and inflate$ the count.

Btw, I am NO LONGER UNFAMILIAR with the IMMUTABLE LAWS of PHYSICS, and BUILDINGS DON'T FALL DOWN THAT WAY because of a jet fuel fire!

By learning of outbreaks nearby, a user can take preventive measures, such as getting a vaccine or washing hands more diligently.

It's radioactive water, but who cares? I'll take the hand-washing option.

By sharing what they know, users can feel the thrill of being the first to give and receive information.

Yeah, I understand the feeling even if it's wrapped in a condescending insult. Newspapers are failing badly; that's all I need to know.

The new strain of the H1N1 virus, also known as swine flu, claimed more than 11,000 lives and required the hospitalization of some 250,000 people, more than the number in a typical flu season.

Yeah, WHATEVER!!

If such an outbreak can be identified quickly, people could be warned about it sooner and help limit its spread.

And scared! And government will have to give tax loot to vaccine makers! And then they can profit!

And WHO REALLY KNOWS what is IN THAT VIAL, readers?

Do YOU TRUST GOVERNMENT or CORPORATE MEDICINE anymore?

That’s why software developer Clark Freifeld and epidemiologist John Brownstein started HealthMap in 2006, first as a website before introducing apps for the iPhone in September and for mobile phones using the Android operating system later.

Need I even type it?

The project, housed at the Children’s Hospital Boston and funded primarily by the Google.org foundation, automatically scours the Web for clues to a new pandemic.

$igh.

They doing it for CIA or NSA?

Users can also submit reports on cases in their areas, to supplement reports that local health officials send to federal agencies. Because the reports from local officials have to be verified, they take longer to reach federal agencies and ultimately to reach the public.

Translation: We are WAY AHEAD of GOVERNMENT that is supposed to be taking care of us.
