Endeavouring to Read the Boston Globe

And not having very much success, sorry:

"Spectator killed near shuttle site

TITUSVILLE — A spectator waiting for the space shuttle to launch was hit by a car and killed, police said yesterday. John Devoles, 70, was walking across US Route 1 Friday when he was hit. The street was jammed with cars on both sides of the four-lane highway as drivers tried to catch a glimpse of the Endeavour. The launch was later scrubbed. Charges are pending against the driver, who authorities said may have been speeding (AP)."

Maybe I'm not trying hard enough, huh?
