If You Believe This I Have a Mountain to Sell You

Is all of Europe out in the streets or what?

VIENNA — An Austrian government agency abruptly pulled two sky-high pieces of real estate — majestic peaks offering stupendous alpine views — off the open market yesterday after an outpouring of national outrage over the perceived sellout of the nation’s heritage....  

As well as the literal selling out governments have made to Wall Street and international banksters.

And what is with the qualifier?  Must it always be a banker's paper?

Austria is fiercely proud of its alpine ranges. 

You mean, the way AmeriKans are taught to be proud about all our.... awwww, forget it.

Its national hymn begins with the words “Land of Mountains,’’ and its history is replete with the exploits of mountain men. News that the summits were up for sale next month quickly spread.

First, local and then national politicians spoke out against the deal as the wave of indignation grew....

It's a worldwide thing these days. I even see the rumblings in AmeriKa despite the BG smokescreen.
