MUMBAI— Four assailants gunned down a well-known investigative journalist yesterday and then escaped on motorcycles in Mumbai, police said. Jay Dey, 50, was known for his reporting on Mumbai’s underworld for the Mid-Day newspaper. Police had no motive or suspects."
