"Three men charged with rape at Curry College
Three men face charges of assault and rape charges following a Jan. 20 incident on the Curry College campus. Justin O. Castor, 20, of Arlington; Kensley Y. Metellus, 19, of Malden; and Shakarus D. Semexant, 20, of Malden, were arraigned in Quincy District Court Monday. Details of the incident were sealed, but court records indicated the charges related to a “group rape of a highly intoxicated college student.” In a statement sent to the college community Monday, dean of students Maryellen Kiley said two of the suspects were known to the victim and were former Curry students. All three were on campus as guests of students, the statement said. Probable cause hearings for the suspects will be held in Quincy District Court on April 12."
