May Day: Muddy Murk After Marathon Bombing

"Muddy River testing delayed for a day

Loud testing at the Muddy River restoration project originally scheduled for Tuesday on a stretch of the river near the Landmark Center has been delayed and will not begin until Wednesday afternoon, according to the project office. The tests by the US Army Corps of Engineers on support structures will produce loud, gunshot-like bangs. After the Boston Marathon bombings, the project’s managers, local officials, and State Police launched a campaign to notify residents not to be alarmed by the sounds."

Just a drill, huh?

"Obama says FBI acted properly in bombing case; Backs handling of data, inquiry into Boston case" by Matt Viser and Bryan Bender  |  Globe Staff, April 30, 2013

WASHINGTON — “One of the dangers that we now face are self-radicalized individuals who are already here in the United States — in some cases, may not be part of any kind of network, but because of whatever warped, twisted ideas they may have, may decide to carry out an attack,” President Obama said on Tuesday at a White House press conference....

Yeah, your s*** policies has nothing to do with it, nor do government-sponsored false flags or hoaxes. They are just doing it to themselves.

Obama said that for “months’’ before the April 15 bombings, he had been asking his counterterrorism team what more could be done to identify and prevent such a domestic threat. He appeared to suggest a solution might be closer cooperation with organizations on American soil, while also acknowledging the potential for civil-liberties concerns....

What a LIAR!

Now he is interested!

Some specialists have said a focus of the new intelligence investigation must be how much the FBI told officials in Massachusetts about the Tsarnaev family beginning in 2011.

The Globe reported last week that the Boston Regional Intelligence Center and the Commonwealth Fusion Center in Maynard, which are supposed to serve as clearinghouses for information about potential terrorist threats, were unaware that the FBI interviewed Tsarnaev as part of a three-month investigation.

That's because he was working for them.

Tired of the bulls*** yet?

“Did the FBI tell the Boston cops? If they didn’t that’s the problem,” said Michael Scheuer, a retired CIA intelligence officer and specialist on Islamic radical groups. “If it turns out the FBI didn’t tell the cops it’s nothing but arrogance and incompetence combined. I have tried to give the benefit of the doubt to the FBI, but that question needs to be answered.”

This guy is great. He's a "former" CIA agent whose main mission is to reinforce the 9/11 myth. Oh, he'll criticize the U.S. relationship with Israel to make it all look good, but at bottom he's an agenda-pusher.

The FBI has said watchlist information and investigative records about Tsarnaev were available to local officials through Boston’s Joint Terrorism Task Force, which is made up of representatives from local, state, and federal agencies.

General Martin Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, told reporters he sees two potentially significant lessons from the bombings. If it turns out that the older Tsarnaev had links to Chechen terrorist groups or operatives, he said, US officials will have to pay more attention not only to Chechnya but to other hotbeds of Islamic terrorists that have not been traditionally viewed as threats to US soil.

Translation: this scripted and staged production was meant to expand the wars and empire.

But even if that is the case, it means officials must look more closely at the self-radicalization process at home, Dempsey said. Officials have said the Tsarnaev brothers may have downloaded bomb-making instructions from the Internet, and Tamerlan Tsarnaev maintained a YouTube account featuring radical Islamic videos.

Anyone can set up a JouTube account, and those bomb-making instructions came from the CIA-Duh magazine Inspire.

Oh, now I understand the omissions, obfuscations, distortions, deceptions, and lies!

“There is this . . . global effort to take some of our more vulnerable, notably Muslim young men and women in a direction counter to our values,” Dempsey said, “and it bears increased interest, it seems to me, in the aftermath of the Boston tragedy.”

Some terrorism specialists have already begun to rethink their views of the significance of the homegrown threat after the April 15 attacks.

This is SUCH AGENDA-PUSHING CRAP!

“It is a case like this that brings home that radicalization takes place within American communities,” said Robin Simcox, a London-based researcher for the Henry Jackson Society, an international affairs think-tank based in London.

Oh, another pro-Jewish, neo-con source in my paper.

Meanwhile, the top Democrat and Republican on the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee vowed Tuesday to hold oversight hearings. They said a critical issue is whether federal and local agencies properly shared and followed up on information before the attack.

Obama also lauded the response by Boston residents in the face of the shocking bombings at a cherished event.

He liked the mindless worship of the police state.

“Everybody can take a cue from Boston,’’ he said. “You don’t get a sense that anybody is intimidated when they go to Fenway Park a couple days after the bombing. There are joggers right now, I guarantee you, all throughout Boston and Cambridge and Watertown.

“We’re not going to be intimidated,” he added. “We’re not going to stop living our lives because warped, twisted individuals try to intimidate us.’’

Especially when it is the government or mouthpiece media.

Nothing murky about insulting Muslims:

"Bombing suspect’s wife to allow family to claim his body" by David Filipov, Todd Wallack and Lisa Wangsness  |  Globe Staff, April 30, 2013

The widow of suspected marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev said Tuesday she would let other family members claim his body, which has been kept at the Massachusetts Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for more than a week.

Under Islamic law, Muslims are customarily buried shortly after they die, normally within a day. But Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s widow, Katherine Russell, has not claimed the body and the state refused to release the body to other family members without her permission.

In an emotional interview Tuesday, Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s father, Anzor, had complained that officials were not allowing the family to bury him.

“The body should have been buried,” Anzor Tsarnaev said by telephone from Russia. “What else can you do with a dead body?”

Authorities say Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, and his brother, Dzhokhar, 19, planted the two bombs that exploded near the Boston Marathon finish line on April 15, killing three people and wounding more than 260, and fatally shot an MIT police officer on April 18. Police say Tamerlan was killed as the brothers attempted to escape from police.

Sorry, folks, but I'm sick of boiled down bulls***.

Russell’s lawyers said Tuesday evening that she had “just been informed” that the body was available, several hours after the Globe asked about Anzor Tsarnaev’s complaint.

“It is Katherine Russell’s wish that his remains be released to the Tsarnaev family, and we will communicate her wishes to the proper authorities,” said a statement from her attorney, Amato DeLuca of DeLuca & Weizenbaum in Providence, R.I.

The Office of the Chief Medical Officer had yet to hear from Russell directly as of Tuesday evening, spokesman Terrel Harris said. But Harris said the office will release the body to other family members with her permission.

Btw, that reminds me: did they ever get Dykes out of the bunker?

Russell’s lawyer also said that she “will continue to meet with law enforcement, as she has done for many hours over the past week, and provide as much assistance to the investigation as she can.”

The statement came a day after FBI agents visited Russell in North Kingstown, R.I., where she has been staying with her parents. FBI agents were seen carrying bags when they left.

The FBI has been eager to interview Russell to find out what she knows about the bomb plot. The agency also wanted to collect a DNA sample from Russell to compare with female DNA found on a bomb fragment, according to media reports.

Anzor Tsarnaev, who last week told news agencies that a heart condition and high blood pressure had made him unfit to travel to Boston, said on Tuesday said that he will make the trip if he has assurances that he can meet with Dzhokhar, who is an inmate at a federal medical center at Fort Devens.

Whatever keeps you out of the clutches of the AmeriKan government. Wouldn't want him to meet with an unfortunate accident or illness.

“They said I can’t see him,” Tsarnaev said in Russian. “If I knew I could see him, I would be there tonight.”

Translation: he loves his son

Chris Burke, a spokesman for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, declined to comment on Tsarnaev’s assertion.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons normally allows inmates to receive a limited number of visits from family and friends who have been cleared by prison staff. Typically, the agency says, an initial visiting list, including immediate family members, is set up within the first few days of a prisoner’s arrival.

But it can often take longer to arrange family visits for cases involving people accused of murder and other serious violent crimes, said David Fathi, director of the American Civil Liberties Union’s National Prison Project, which advocates for the rights of prisoners.

In this case, the process may be further complicated by the fact that the elder Tsarnaev is living overseas, is not a native English speaker, and may not fully understand the procedures needed to arrange a visit.

Tsarnaev expressed sadness about the bombings, even as he dismissed the charges against his sons as a fabrication. He said he had left his home in Dagestan for another part of Russia, which he did not disclose, with his ex-wife, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva.

He sees it, she sees it, we see it, the whole world sees it.

My jewspaper even tells me she is a Nazi.

Tsarnaev complained that his relatives were having trouble claiming Tamerlan’s body, apparently not realizing that his son’s widow was required to first give them permission.

Or the government was just making it difficult for them since none of his injuries match the government tale.

On Tuesday, an uncle of the Tsarnaev brothers contacted Al-Marhama, a non-profit Muslim funeral and burial service, for help with funeral arrangements for Tamerlan Tsarnaev, said Ismail Fenni, assistant imam of the Islamic Society of Boston mosque in Cambridge.

Al-Marhama notified Fenni, who said he called the uncle and assured him that people affiliated with the Cambridge mosque, where the brothers occasionally prayed, would be willing to assist.

“I know many of the members of our community want to help,” he said. “We feel for the family. They obviously are going through a hard time.”

Fenni said mosques typically do not handle funerals and burials. Families are referred to funeral homes, he said, and, often with the help of volunteers from the community or Al-Marhama, the body is cleansed and shrouded in preparation for burial. The Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center in Roxbury, which is owned by the same organization as the Cambridge mosque but run separately, also has facilities for preparing bodies for burial.

Fenni said the uncle had no details about the family’s wishes. Fenni did not know whether Tamerlan’s body would be shipped overseas or buried here, or what kind of service the family wants, if any.

The Tsarnaevs have not contacted the cultural center, Boston’s largest mosque. If asked, Imam William Suhaib Webb would refuse to pray over Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s body, said Yusufi Vali, executive director of the cultural center.

But both Webb and Fenni say it is the Muslim community’s obligation to bury its dead.

“The deceased is still a human being, and from the humanitarian side, we have to at least give him the rite of burial, regardless of what he has done,” Fenni said.

And a good kid, too. Don't believe all the garbage being shoveled by the collaborative and complicit ma$$ media, folks.

UPDATE:

"3 charged with conspiring to obstruct justice, making false statements" by John R. Ellement, Todd Wallack, Maria Sacchetti, Matt Carroll and Martin Finucane  |  Globe Staff, May 01, 2013

Two men from Kazakhstan and a man from Cambridge were arrested and charged today in the Boston Marathon bombings investigation, federal prosecutors said.

Azamat Tazhayakov and Dias Kadyrbayev, both 19 and of New Bedford, were charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice by plotting to dispose of a laptop computer and a backpack containing fireworks belonging to bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the US attorney’s office said in a statement.

Then WHO GAVE THEM the MATERIAL for the PRESSURE COOKER BOMBS then?

Which CIA handler or FBI informant set them up?

Robel Phillipos, 19, of Cambridge was charged with making false statements to law enforcement officials in a terrorism investigation, prosecutors said.

All three were, or had been, students at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where Tsarnaev, 19, was also a student.

Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev face maximum sentences of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Phillipos faces a maximum sentence of eight years and a $250,000 fine, prosecutors said.

At a brief initial appearance this afternoon in US District Court in Boston, Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev waived their right to a bail hearing. They will appear in court again May 14. In a separate hearing, Phillipos also waived his right to a bail hearing. Another hearing was slated in his case for Monday.

Phillipos’s attorney, Derege Demissie, said Phillipos had nothing to do with the actions of Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev and had simply made a “misrepresentation” to authorities.

Tazhayakov, Kadyrbayev, and Phillipos all began attending UMass Dartmouth together at the same time in 2011 and were all friends with Tsarnaev.

The trio told investigators that Kadyrbaev removed Tsarnaev’s backpack, which contained fireworks that had been opened and emptied of gunpowder, from Tsarnaev’s dorm room on the evening of April 18, shortly after the FBI released photos of the two bombing suspects (which the FBI later identified as Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother, Tamerlan), according to an affidavit by Special Agent Scott Cieplik attached to the complaint.

Which wouldn't make as explosive a bomb as we were told was used, but hey, when you are throwing so much shit at the wall it can be hard to keep track.

Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov both admitted they agreed to throw away the backpack after concluding from news reports that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev must be one of the bombers. Kadyrbayev decided to remove the backpack from Tsarnaev’s room “to help his friend Tsarnaev avoid trouble,” the affidavit said.

If you think I am believing anything this government swears to you are a new reader. Welcome!

Kadyrbayev allegedly later threw the backpack in a dumpster at the New Bedford apartment complex where Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov lived.

The backpack was taken away by a garbage truck, but was recovered last week inside a black garbage bag by the FBI at a New Bedford landfill, the affidavit said.

Oh, well, then it all must be true!

PFFFFT!

They REALLY ARE MAKING THIS UP as they GO ALONG!

The affidavit also alleged that Phillipos changed his story, saying at first that he had never gone to Tsarnaev’s dorm room but in a fourth interview admitting that the three had gone to the room and taken the backpack. He said he had discussed with the two others what to do with the backpack but had fallen asleep and, upon awaking, discovered the backpack was gone.

If THAT is a CRIME, then the U.S. GOVERNMENT and MOUTHPIECE MEDIA are GUILTY as HELL!

The backpack, when it was found, contained fireworks, a jar of vaseline, a UMass Darmouth homework assignment sheet from one of Tsarnaev’s classes, and other items, the affidavit said.

After ALL the PLANTED EVIDENCE we have seen in case after case in AmeriKa they REALLY DON'T EXPECT US TO BUT THIS SHIT anymore, do they?

Or do they just not care and want to put the big pile of s*** out there anyway?

Kadyrbayev told investigators he decided to take Tsarnaev’s laptop as well because he did not want Tsarnaev’s roommate, who was there when the trio stopped by, to think he was stealing or behaving suspiciously by just taking the backpack, the affidavit said. It wasn’t immediately clear from the affidavit what happened to the laptop computer.

The FBI searched Tsarnaev’s dorm room several days later, finding BBs, a large pyrotechnic and a black jacket and white hat matching those worn by one of the two bombing suspects in surveillance footage, the affidavit said.

Kadyrbayev first met Tsarnaev after starting college in fall 2011 and became closer friends with him in the spring 2012, often socializing with him and even meeting with Tsarnaev’s family at Tsarnaev’s home. Tazhayakov also became friends with Tsarnaev at UMass Dartmouth in fall 2011, the affidavit said.

Tsarnaev is facing federal charges of using a weapon of mass destruction and malicious destruction of property resulting in death in the twin bombings that struck near the Marathon finish line on April 15. His brother, Tamerlan, 26, was killed in a confrontation with police in Watertown several days afterward as the two tried to flee the area. Police say they were trying to subdue him after a shootout when his brother ran him over in a desperate escape.

And anyone who has been following this case knows that is all boiled-down, background bullshit.

Authorities say the Tsarnaevs also killed an MIT police officer as they tried to escape. No charges have been filed yet in that case.

That's because they didn't do it. Some government agent or hit man did it to get the Boston PD in a frenzy.

The White House and law enforcement authorities have previously suggested that the Tsarnaevs may have acted alone without clear ties to foreign governments or terrorist groups.

But investigators have continued to eye other people who knew the brothers to see if they provided them with any help before or after the attacks. Shortly after the brothers were identified, investigators questioned Tazhayakov, Kadyrbayev, and a third college friend of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Before the criminal charges were announced today, Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev appeared before a federal immigration judge this morning on charges they overstayed their student visas.

And they want to expand such things under the gui$e of immigration reform.

Lawyers for the men said at the hearing the men had cooperated with Homeland Security and FBI investigators for hours and were only college buddies with Dzhohkar Tsarnaev and should be released.

Translation: they are being FRAMED and RAILROADED by this government so they can maintain the scripted narrative.

The men were being detained in the Suffolk County jail and appeared before Judge Steven F. Day via videoconference, wearing prison scrubs, from the jail. The consul of Kazakhstan, other representatives, as well as US government officials were in the court.

The hearing marked the men’s first court appearance since immigration officials arrested and jailed them 11 days ago in New Bedford.

Oh, those were the guys they picked up but wouldn't tell us who they were.

The hearing raised questions about why the men were allowed to stay in the United States if their visas were allegedly invalid.

Well, oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive.

Kadyrbayev, who had studied engineering, was dismissed from UMass after the fall semester, but stayed in the United States. His lawyers argued that he should be allowed to leave the United States voluntarily. A hearing on Kadyrbayev’s case will be held on May 22.

Tazhayakov, an economics major, had his visa terminated on Jan. 4, but he was allowed to reenter the country on Jan. 20 in New York, the judge said in court. The discrepancy puzzled Judge Day. “That doesn’t make any sense,” he said. Day set a bail hearing for Tazhayakov for May 9.

It does if they were U.S. GOVERNMENT ASSETS and AGENTS!

A UMass Dartmouth official confirmed Kadyrbayev was no longer enrolled in school while Tazhayakov was still registered for classes.

The Tsarnaev brothers lived in Kyrgyzstan, which neighbors Kazakhstan. People in both countries speak Russian because they all lived in the former Soviet Union, where the official language was Russian.

The UMass Dartmouth campus, still reeling after learning that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was a sophomore here, had more bad news to absorb today.

“It’s kind of hard to digest that students who came here to study could do such a thing,” said Raja Nageswaran, 25, an MBA grad student.

Especially when they didn't.

He said the two Kazakhs came to the off-campus housing he shared with other international students a few times for parties. He remembers they played pool with his roommates. One came more frequently than the other, but he is not sure which one. On one occasion, Tsarnaev also attended.

The last time the Kazakhs were at a party was in October, before Halloween, he said. Nothing much stood out, although the Kazakhs liked to drive their black BMW hard, making it squeal, he said. He knew them only through mutual friends.

What were poor immigrant college kids doing with a BMW?

The school has several hundred international students, he said, who tend to bond a little because they are internationals. “They were definitely fun-loving. That stood out. They loved to party,” he said.

Not exactly the hallmark of pious Islamist radicals.
