Bogged Down in Maine

"Maine police say a Baldwin man led them on a short car chase before getting stuck in a mud hole and running into a beaver bog in Limington. The York County Sheriff’s Office says officers tried to stop 47-year-old Stoy Daye’s car for a loud exhaust when he drove off and left the road in an attempt to elude police. The SUV then got stuck in a mud hole and Daye fled on foot into a beaver bog. Police caught up with him and charged him with operating after suspension, failure to stop, and illegal attachment of registration plates."
