Heroin and a haircut, two bits!

"The owner of a Lowell barbershop, whose barber license was issued under a false name, was arrested on charges of trafficking heroin, police said. Luis Sevilla-Ortiz, 36, of Lowell was arrested Wednesday at D’Power Barbershop on Mammoth Road, Lowell police said in a statement. Officers searched his business as part of an ongoing investigation into drug sales there. They found 13 bags of heroin and $300 in cash, as well as electronic devices, packaging materials, and electric grinders used for processing illegal narcotics, police said. Sevilla-Ortiz was charged with illegal possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute and furnishing a false name during booking."
