"A Boston man who claimed to be a ninja pleaded not guilty Friday to charges that he indecently assaulted a woman at Downtown Crossing Station, officials said. At his arraignment in Boston Municipal Court, Josue Estrada, 30, was ordered to stay away from the victim and the station, said Jake Wark, a spokesman for the Suffolk County district attorney’s office. Estrada was arrested around 9 a.m. Thursday after he allegedly assaulted a woman while she was walking through the station, Transit police said. When officers tried to arrest Estrada, he resisted and referred to himself as a ninja."
