Just doing what Netanyahu told him to.

"Obama signals new direction; UN speech stresses unity; Says US must not act alone" by Farah Stockman, Globe Staff | September 24, 2009

UNITED NATIONS - In his speech, Obama singled out two countries for bad behavior - Iran and North Korea - saying that they “must be held accountable’’ if they refuse to obey United Nations orders....

Yeah, and Israel can get away with anything.

Hell, US is going to BLOCK ANY WAR CRIMES TRIALS over GAZA, so....

“I am committed to diplomacy that opens a path to greater prosperity and more secure peace for both nations if they live up to their obligations,’’ Obama said....

How about USrael living up to theirs?

In his speech, Obama chided nations for standing aside and expecting the United States to solve all the world’s problems, while at the same time criticizing America for acting alone.

Well, the way I see it, we -- meaning USrael -- ARE RESPONSIBLE for much of them. Once you wrap your mind around false flags, it easy.

He said his job was to protect American interests above all: “I will never apologize for defending those interests.’’

So when you going to start?

"UN adopts nuclear arms resolution; Vote supports Obama’s plan for disarming" by Glenn Kessler and Mary Beth Sheridan, Washington Post | September 25, 2009

UNITED NATIONS - Obama said nuclear weapons pose a “fundamental threat’’ to the world. “Just one nuclear weapon exploded in a city - be it New York or Moscow, Tokyo or Beijing, London or Paris - could kill hundreds of thousands of people and would badly destabilize our security, our economies, and our very way of life,’’ he said.

Maybe something like this to be blamed on them?

Yup, it will USHER IN the NEW WORLD ORDER, won't it, 'bamer?

Although the resolution passed on a 15-to-0 vote, the United States failed to get approval from China and Russia to cite Iran and North Korea by name....

And they will not.

President Nicolas Sarkozy of France was more pointed in his criticism of Tehran....

“There comes a time when stubborn facts will compel us to take a decision if we want a world without nuclear weapons,’’ he said. “We live in a real world, not a virtual world,’’ and the world must act if Iran does not respond at a crucial Oct. 1 meeting in Geneva....

Oh, like the FACTS of Saddam's "nook-ular" bombs?

"Russia not ruling out Iran sanctions; But Kremlin skeptical of West" by Associated Press | September 24, 2009

MOSCOW - The official suggested, however, that Russia would not rush to judgment against Iran and would be skeptical of Western arguments for sanctions....

Russian leaders are not ruling out new UN Security Council sanctions against Iran over its nuclear program, Russian news agencies cited an official in the nation’s delegation in New York as saying yesterday. The reports were the first indication that Russia could support additional measures to punish Iran for its defiance of the global community....

Except, however....

RIA-Novosti, ITAR-Tass, and Interfax all cited an unidentified member of the Russian delegation in New York....

Well, now you know it is the official government position.
