Slow Saturday Special: Palestinian Sex Scandal

The Zionist MSM and its preoccupation with sex scandals and politics (when appropriately agenda-pushing).

Interesting that it made my printed paper but not the web version.

"Abbas aide caught in sex tape scandal" by Associated Press | February 13, 2010

RAMALLAH, West Bank - As sex tapes go, it’s fairly tame - a man gets undressed in a bedroom, slides under the covers, plumps the pillows and calls to a woman to join him.

But the man is a top aide to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, and a former Palestinian intelligence official who secretly recorded the scene alleges the aide tried to trade his influence for sex.

Already stinking of a set-up.

The footage of the aide, Rafiq Husseini, has sent shock waves through conservative Palestinian society since it was broadcast on Israeli TV this week.

Interesting, no?

Why would Israel UNDERMINE their PARTNER in PEACE, huh?

It has left the Palestinian leader scrambling for a response and his rivals from the Islamic militant group Hamas gloating.

Even though the Palestinian Authority has won international praise for cleaning up official corruption that was rampant under the late Yasser Arafat, Abbas’s Fatah movement continues to be dogged by the perception that some of its leading officials pursue personal gain and pleasure over the national good.

Yeah, western-allied leaders are pretty much the same everywhere.

Abbas, who is traveling abroad, has not commented. Other Abbas aides rallied around Husseini, saying he would stay on as Abbas’s chief of staff.

Husseini has not appeared in public since the video was broadcast in a report that also included allegations of high-level financial wrongdoing.

One could almost reach the conclusion that Israel really doesn't want peace -- or this guy was ousted for some reason.

Husseini, who has often served as the point man for explaining the Palestinian cause to foreign audiences, was expected to appear on a current affairs program on Palestine TV last evening, according to the station.

Yeah, something like that.

Timing of the Israeli TV report sure is strange, huh?

But Husseini did not show. Instead, the host read a statement from him, in which Husseini said he was the victim of a conspiracy by Israelis and some Palestinians to discredit him and the Palestinian president.

The not wanting to negotiate until settlement expansion stops becoming a bummer for Israel, huh? One thinks Abass would have been smarter with all his experience.

He said he would respond at a later time.

Sex, lies and videotape: an Israeli-inspired scandal to undermine Palestinians

A recent Palestinian sex and corruption scandal appears to have been plotted by Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, executed by a Palestinian collaborator and the Israeli secret service, and marketed by Israeli TV to “prove” that Israel “has no partner for peace”.

Put a fork in Fatah, readers.

That corrupt and rancid dinosaur has lost all credibility.

Serving as USrael's agent hasn't helped.

Palestinians see it even if you do not, world.
