"Dealers say Toyota sales holding on despite recall" by Kathy McCabe, Globe Staff | February 15, 2010
NORWOOD - Despite recalling millions of vehicles, including popular models Corolla and Camry, Toyota sales appeared to be picking up at area dealerships on the Presidents’ Day weekend, one of the most important of the year for New England car dealers.
Okay, Glob, whatever you say.
“I detect a more positive vibe from the customer toward the product,’’ Ernie Boch Jr., the Norwood dealership owner, said yesterday during a telephone interview from Florida, where he was attending a national auto dealership meeting....
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
What would he know about the customers right now?
He's down in Florida!!!
But....
But nothing.
Seeing those words in my agenda-pushing propaganda and promotion sheet isn't funny at all.
Trade-in might be more than that, readers.
It is SNOWING here this morning and I may get the local rather than the Globe because of the high-school basketball scores to find out who slipped into the tournament.
Then again, Globe looks really good (already previewed it) if you like bulls*** propaganda.
