Reading the Health Care Fine Print For the Little People

How do they f*** up something like this when they worked on it so long?

"Insurers agree to follow rules on covering children

WASHINGTON — Some insurers might exploit a possible ambiguity in the health care law to deny coverage to some sick children.

How can there be an AMBIGUITY on something that allegedly TOOK SO LONG to WRITE and was GONE OVER with a FINE-TOOTHED COMB?

Yeah, voters are going to LOVE the REJECTION LETTER from the insurance company!

Major provisions of the law take effect in 2014. Some, including a ban on “preexisting condition exclusions’’ for children under 19, take effect in September. The law does not explicitly say that insurers must sell insurance to families with such children this year, but Democratic congressional leaders and White House officials said that was their intent.

Well, if THAT was YOUR INTENT, LAWMAKERS, why do you do such a S***TY JOB of writing the thing?

Because the IN$URANCE LOBBY WROTE the BILL, folk$!

You guys didn't even know what you were voting on, did you?
