Police are questioning the suspect, who will remain in custody while Israel coordinates his extradition to the United States.
The New York Police Department identified the man as Eric Bellucci of Staten Island, N.Y.
Bellucci is not an Israeli citizen, and it was unclear why he had traveled to Israel....
It must be their reputation.
The NYPD had previously said that the son lived with his parents and suffered from schizophrenia.

Arthur Bellucci was a senior associate at a large real estate company, according to published reports.

Police said the father is suspected of abusing at least two of his daughters. The brothers were accused of rape and other crimes for allegedly abusing their sisters. The youngest suspect was accused of sexually assaulting the 8-year-old....
