"Lynn teacher arrested on marijuana charge
A Lynn English High School teacher is facing charges that he provided a student with marijuana during the school day Tuesday. Charles Saltzman, 50, was arraigned Wednesday in Lynn District Court on charges of distributing a Class D substance, marijuana, and on a school-zone violation, a spokeswoman for the Essex district attorney said. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf. Saltzman was arrested at the school Tuesday afternoon, a Lynn police spokesman said. Saltzman could not be reached Wednesday."
