Ricin Case Looks Ridiculous

They found another patsy?

"Man released in ricin case as 2d home searched; Magistrate judge drops charges as probe continues" by Lenny Bernstein and Kimberly Kindy  |  Washington Post, April 24, 2013

WASHINGTON — Caught in the middle of a small-town Mississippi feud, authorities dropped charges Tuesday against the man they had charged with sending ricin-laced letters to the White House, a US senator, and a county judge as the FBI appeared to turn its attention toward his longtime antagonist. Did he work for a government lab like Zak

A federal magistrate judge directed that charges against Paul Kevin Curtis be dismissed because ‘‘the ongoing investigation has revealed new information,’’ according to his written order. The charges were dropped without prejudice, meaning they could be lodged again in the future.

Yeah, government assholes never admit when they have framed someone, falsely acu$$ed them, violated their rights, or falsely imprisoned them. That's why it's AmeriKa!

But James Everette Dutschke of Tupelo said the FBI was searching his home in connection with the ricin letter case Tuesday afternoon, according to the Associated Press.

I wonder what they are planting.

Dutschke said he was innocent and knows nothing about the ingredients for ricin.

The FBI in Mississippi and Washington, and the US attorney’s office in Oxford, Miss., refused repeated requests to explain their about-face on Curtis and whether they were now focusing on Dutschke as the man who might have sent three letters containing the deadly poison made from castor beans.

This isn't investigation in search of the truth or justice; this is a search to find a scapegoat and patsy they can frame.

But it was clear that investigators now are dealing with two men with histories of erratic behavior whose conflict nearly came to blows, according to the account Curtis gave in a colorful, rambling news conference outside the federal courthouse in Oxford....

Translation: The Zionist ma$$ media machine is unhappy this guy didn't just roll over.

According to an FBI affidavit supporting the charges, Curtis allegedly mailed three identical letters on yellow paper laced with a poison believed to be ricin. The letters alluded to a long-held conspiracy theory about the trafficking in human body parts that Curtis had sought to expose....

And as we saw with the Israel organ-harvesting ring that was exposed in New Jersey, Kosovo, and South Africa, the Zionist media machine didn't like it.

The Lee County Courier reported in January that Dutschke, a martial arts instructor, had been charged with two counts of child molestation. He was later released on bond. The Washington Post could not reach Dutschke for comment at his home or martial arts studio.

Earlier Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Democrat of Nevada, told reporters that there was another ‘‘alleged ricin incident’’ at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington but could provide no additional details. Jacqueline Maguire, an FBI spokeswoman, said the bureau was investigating a suspicious letter at the Air Force base but had no further information.

But the Defense Intelligence Agency released a statement late Tuesday saying that no suspicious packages or letters had been found.

Yeah, DON'T LOOK to DEMOCRAPS for any sanity or truth. They are PART of the PROBLEM!

‘‘Today, DIA’s mail screening equipment alerted officials to the possible presence of a potentially harmful substance,’’ Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Veale, a DIA spokesman, said in the statement. ‘‘After thorough on-scene investigation, no suspicious packages or letters were located. The FBI took samples and will conduct further testing off-site.’’

Better have that looked at then? How much did taxpayers have to fork over for that piece of shit anyway?

FLASHBACKS:

"Search finds no ricin in Miss. home" Associated Press, April 23, 2013

OXFORD, Miss. — Investigators haven’t found any ricin in the house of a Mississippi man accused of mailing poisoned letters to President Obama, a US senator, and a local judge, according to testimony Monday from an FBI agent.

You had forgotten all about those, hadn't you -- just like the anthrax letters are an afterthought in the wake of 9/11.

Agent Brandon Grant said that a search of Paul Kevin Curtis’s vehicle and house in Corinth, Miss., on Friday did not turn up ricin or ingredients for the poison. A search of Curtis’s computers has found no evidence so far that he researched making ricin.

That's an ominous choice of words that implies the government is getting ready to plant something.

‘‘There was no apparent ricin, castor beans, or any material there that could be used for the manufacturing, like a blender or something,’’ Grant testified. He speculated that Curtis could have thrown away the processor.

PFFFFFT!

Grant said computer technicians are now doing a ‘‘deep dive’’ on the suspect’s computers after initially finding no ‘‘dirty words’’ indicating Curtis had searched for information on ricin.

So he wasn't into porn, either? Just reported the body parts harvesting ring, huh?

Through his lawyer, Curtis has denied involvement in letters sent to Obama, Senator Roger Wicker, a Mississippi Republican, and a Lee County, Miss., judge. The letters, bearing a Memphis postmark, were detected beginning April 15. Curtis’s lawyer said in court that someone may have framed Curtis, suggesting that a former co-worker with whom Curtis had an extended exchange of angry e-mails may have set him up.

No doubt about it in my mind.

Still, Grant testified that authorities believe that they have the right suspect.

They are incorrigible, and not interested in justice at all -- unless it is AmeriKan justice.

Federal investigators believe the letters were mailed by Curtis, an Elvis impersonator who family members say suffers from bipolar disorder.

Translation: a cover story is being advanced so they can claim he's another pharmaceutically-phed nut case.

Christi McCoy, his lawyer, said she would seek to have a federal judge release Curtis for lack of probable cause.

He's not going anywhere. The FBI will "find" something on the "deep dive."

Yeah, something is getting pretty deep around here.

"‘‘He is bipolar, and the only thing I can say is he wasn’t on his medicine,’’ said his ex-wife, Laura Curtis. Jim Waide, an attorney for the Curtis family, said Paul Kevin Curtis was prescribed medication three years ago."

So much for that cover story crapola.

UPDATE: Army Can't Account For Missing Anthrax

Uh-oh!

NEXT DAY UPDATE:

This gets MORE and MORE LAUGHABLE by the DAY!

"Ricin probe shifts to first suspect’s foe" by Holbrook Mohr and Emily Wagster Pettus  |  Associated Press, April 25, 2013

OXFORD, Miss. — The investigation into poisoned letters mailed to President Obama and others has shifted from an Elvis impersonator to his longtime foe, and authorities must now figure out if an online feud between the two men might have escalated into something more sinister....

I am SO GLAD I DO NOT and NEVER WILL ALLOW COMMENTS!

Before Paul Kevin Curtis left jail, the authorities had already descended on the home of 41-year-old Everett Dutschke in Tupelo, a Northeast Mississippi town best known as the birthplace of the King himself. On Wednesday, they searched the site of a Tupelo martial arts studio once operated by Dutschke, who has not been arrested or charged.

Why was the second suspect's three-name moniker dropped? Is this guy another Philip Zack?

His attorney, Lori Nail Basham, said Dutschke is ‘‘cooperating fully’’ with investigators and that no arrest warrant had been issued.

Curtis, who performs as Elvis and other celebrities, describes a bizarre, yearslong feud between the two, but Dutschke insists he had nothing to do with the letters. They contained language identical to that found on Curtis’s Facebook page and other websites, making him an early suspect.

Federal authorities have not said what led them to drop the charges against Curtis, and his lawyers say they are not sure what new evidence the FBI has found.

As if anyone would believe any "evidence" the FBI "found."

After being released from jail Tuesday, Curtis described a long feud between himself and Dutschke, but said he is not sure exactly what started it. It involves the men’s time working together, a broken promise to help with a book by Curtis, and an acrimonious exchange of e-mails, Curtis said.

The two worked together at Curtis’s brother’s insurance office years ago, Curtis said. He said Dutschke told him he owned a newspaper and showed interest in publishing his book, called ‘‘Missing Pieces,’’ about what Curtis considers an underground market to sell body parts.

That RAISES SUSPICIONS about him RIGHT THERE!

Now I see why he hasn't been charged or arrested, and why the other guy is being hassled and framed.

But Dutschke decided not to publish the material, Curtis said, and later began stalking him on the Internet.

Dutschke said he did not know Curtis that well.

‘‘He almost had my sympathy until I found out that he was trying to blame somebody else,’’ Dutschke said Monday.

That's what false flags are, and this country is seeing them all over the places. Scripted and staged shit as "news."

‘‘I’ve known he was disturbed for a long time. Last time we had any contact with each other was at some point in 2010 when I threatened to sue him for fraud for posting a Mensa certificate that is a lie. He is not a Mensa member. That certificate is a lie.’’

Pretty strong word. War criminals and bank looters only mi$lead in my new$paper.

Curtis acknowledges posting a fake Mensa certificate on Facebook but says it was an online trap set up for Dutschke because he believed Dutschke was stalking him online. He knew Dutschke also claimed to be a member of the organization for people with high IQs.

Ah, even the smart guys can be idiot crazies, too.

Dutschke had a Mensa e-mail address during his 2007 legislative campaign.

Dutschke started a campaign to prove him a liar, Curtis said, and allegedly harassed him through e-mails and social networking.

Curtis said the two agreed to meet at one point to face off in person, but Dutschke did not show up....

Readers, this isn't passing the ‘‘smell test.’’

What's with the "smart guys" using all the profanity, huh?
