Maine State Police have charged a 23-year-old Lewiston man with killing his friend, who had been missing for most of the week. Michael McNaughton was charged on Friday with killing Romeo Parent, 20, in Greene on Tuesday and dumping his body below a dam in Jug Stream in Monmouth. State Police recovered Parent’s body on Friday afternoon. Police said the two men were friends."
