Guinea the Beginning of Global Genocide?

I actually stopped believing the EndGame narrative being promoted by certain controlled opposition elements years ago, and attributed the epidemic scares we have been seeing these last few years as a way to boost pharmaceuticals profits and guarantee them a government revenue stream; however, given the state of unrest in the world and the globe-kickers trouble managing it all lately, who knows what germs they might release to cull the herd -- with antidotes handy just in case they are touched.

"Ebola outbreak in Guinea kills 59" | Associated Press   March 24, 2014

CONAKRY, Guinea — Samples from victims of a viral hemorrhagic fever that has killed 59 people in Guinea have tested positive for the Ebola virus, government officials said Sunday, marking the first time an outbreak among humans has been detected in this West African nation.

Government spokesman Damantang Albert Camara said the virus was found in tests conducted at a laboratory in Lyon, France.

A Health Ministry statement on Saturday said 80 cases, including 59 deaths, had been reported, most of them in three southern prefectures near neighboring Sierra Leone and Liberia.

A team including the health minister had been dispatched to the region, Camara said, and Doctors Without Borders had set up an isolation unit in Gueckedou to try to stop the disease from spreading.

‘‘In Guinea, a country with a weak medical infrastructure, an outbreak like this can be devastating,’’ Dr. Mohamed Ag Ayoya, a UNICEF representative, said Sunday.

Previous Ebola outbreaks have been reported in Congo and Uganda, most recently in 2012.

You fearing an outbreak enough to get a shot?

The only prior case of a human contracting the virus in West Africa came in 1994, when a scientist fell ill while responding to Ebola cases among chimpanzees in a national park in Ivory Coast, said Dr. Esther Sterk, an adviser for Doctors Without Borders. The scientist eventually recovered.

This monkey bit about AIDS doesn't swing for me anymore, sorry.

And who benefits from treatment but no cure? The pharmaceutical indu$try!

Sterk, who is coordinating the Doctors Without Borders response from Geneva, said the organization had confirmed 49 cases, including 29 deaths. Samples from six victims had been linked to Ebola, she said, though it was likely the others also contracted the virus.

‘‘We see that a lot of people that died, they were all linked, meaning they have been in contact with each other,’’ she said. ‘‘That is very typical for Ebola outbreaks.’’

They were NOT able to stop the spread:

"Guinea fears Ebola virus has spread"  | Associated Press   March 25, 2014

CONAKRY, Guinea — An outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus, which is believed to have killed at least 59 people in Guinea, may already have spread to neighboring Liberia, health officials said Monday.

Health workers in Guinea are trying to contain the spread of the disease which causes severe internal bleeding. In neighboring Liberia, health officials said they are investigating five deaths after a group of people crossed the border from Guinea in search of medical treatment.

‘‘The team is already investigating the situation, tracing contacts, collecting blood samples, and sensitizing local health authorities on the disease,’’ Liberian Health Minister Walter Gwenigale said.

The Ebola virus leads to severe hemorrhagic fever in its victims and has no vaccine or specific treatment. The new cases mark the first time in 20 years that an outbreak of the virus has been reported in West Africa.

My title question looking more logical now?

Already health workers fear the outbreak could overtax Liberia and Guinea, both deeply impoverished countries with severely limited medical facilities. Officials in Sierra Leone are also on high alert and have sent medical teams to the border with Guinea, though no cases have emerged so far.
