"Worker killed in steel factory accident
A worker was killed in an accident at a steel processing plant in Middletown. Fire Marshal Albert Santostefano said the worker was struck by a piece of steel as it was swinging on a crane inside the warehouse. The worker, who was not identified, was pronounced dead at a hospital. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration responded to the scene at the Primary Steel factory. Middletown police and fire also responded. The accident occurred around 9 a.m. on Friday (AP)."
