Holy Week

"Holy Week begins amid abuse crisis; Pope maintains focus on faithful" by Nicole Winfield, Associated Press | March 29, 2010

VATICAN CITY — Palm Sunday commemorates Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem, and is the start of the church’s Holy Week, which includes the Good Friday reenactment of Christ’s crucifixion and death and his resurrection on Easter Sunday.

This year, the most solemn week on the Catholic Church’s liturgical calendar has been stained by a clerical abuse scandal that has spread across Europe to the pope’s native Germany.

Thanks to the Zionist MSM.

In London yesterday, a few dozen people gathered outside Westminster Cathedral to demand the pope resign....

Of course, those protesters get coverage.

In Switzerland, church leaders say about 60 people have reported to be victims of priest abuse....

The Vatican has been on the defensive amid mounting questions about the pope’s handling of sex abuse cases both when he was archbishop of Munich and when he headed the Vatican’s doctrinal office, the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith....

The Austrian church was rocked by allegations in 1995 that the late Cardinal Hans Hermann Groer molested youths at a monastery in the 1970s. Cardinal Christoph Schoenborn replaced Groer as archbishop in 1995; but it wasn’t until 1998 that, on Vatican orders, Groer relinquished all religious duties and sought exile in Germany. He died in Austria in 2003. At the time, the Vatican drew sharp criticism from many Austrians for taking three years to act against Groer.

Discontent over how the case was handled has been cited as contributing to the exodus of disaffected Austrians from the church. Schoenborn said former cardinal Joseph Ratzinger had immediately pushed for an investigative commission when abuse allegations against Groer arose. However, others in the Vatican — described by Schoenborn as the “diplomatic track’’ — did not let this happen.

Pope Benedict XVI has publicly spoken only about the scandal in Ireland, writing a letter to the Irish faithful last week in which he chastised Irish bishops for leadership shortcomings and errors in judgment for failing to apply church law to stop abusive priests.

On Saturday, the Vatican spokesman, the Rev. Federico Lombardi, acknowledged that the way the church responds to the abuse scandal is “crucial for its moral credibility.’’ His comments indicated that the Vatican is now looking at the scandal as a way to purify itself so that it can emerge renewed and strengthened.

I'm sorry; I'm not seeing any purity in this.

"Vatican could face US courts in child sexual abuse scandal; Two cases move through appeals" by Michelle Boorstein, Washington Post | March 29, 2010

WASHINGTON — Since the Catholic clergy sexual abuse scandal exploded in the United States almost a decade ago, advocates have been trying to find a way to learn the role the Vatican played. Now they have gotten further than ever in their efforts to holding the Holy See accountable in a US courtroom.

Two federal appeals courts in recent months have allowed sexual abuse lawsuits against the Vatican to proceed in Oregon and Kentucky. Vatican attorneys have asked the Supreme Court to hear an appeal of the Oregon case. Attorneys for both sides in the Oregon proceeding were in Washington two weeks ago making their arguments before a roomful of US government officials, who could wind up weighing in if the Vatican — considered a foreign country with immunity to lawsuits — is found a liable party in an American case.

The best way to destroy an institution -- cut off its money supply.

If the Supreme Court declines to take up the case this summer and lets the federal appeals ruling stand, attorneys could begin subpoenaing decades of documents and calling Vatican officials under oath. Correspondence between the Vatican and US clergy has always been subject to subpoena if the documents are located in the United States, attorneys say.

Attorneys on both sides note the complexity of the cases, which at this point center on whether there are legal grounds to grant an exception to the Vatican’s immunity from lawsuits. In the Oregon case, lawyers are arguing that priests around the world are “employees’’ of the pope for whom he is responsible. The alleged sexual abuse and what is subject to legal discovery could take years to sort out.

However, the possibility of access to Vatican documents and officials has taken on new importance with clergy abuse cases across Europe coming closer than ever to Pope Benedict XVI....

And who decided that, agenda-pushing jewsmedia?

“I want to know what the Vatican knew and when they knew it,’’ said William McMurry, who is representing alleged victims in the Kentucky case. “Whether it’s letters from bishops or conversations with bishops. I want to know what [the Vatican’s doctrinal office] knew and what they instructed US bishops to do. We’re trying to get what’s never been uncovered before, documents only the Vatican has. That’s the linchpin of liability.’’

Yeah, FORGET the WARS BASED ON LIES or ANYTHING ELSE!

Let's turn the Pope into a MSM punching bag!

Jeff Anderson, who has represented hundreds of victims since the 1980s and is working on the Oregon case, said he is also determined to penetrate the Vatican’s secretive culture. “The reason this is such a grave problem in the Catholic Church is because the Vatican operates with such insularity and arrogance,’’ Anderson said. “They remain legally impenetrable....’’

Need I even note the comparison between the (rhymes with) you-know-whos?

"Huge N.J. corruption case trial set to open" by Associated Press | January 25, 2010

NEWARK - The first trial in New Jersey’s largest-ever corruption investigation is set to begin in a federal courthouse in Newark this week.

Oh, now it is SIMPLY a CORRUPTION TRIAL, huh?

I'm surprised it even got a brief.

Well, I guess not really, huh?

The public finally will get to see Solomon Dwek in action: a government cooperator who secretly recorded hours of meetings at restaurants, diners, and parking lots over two years, showing religious leaders, politicians, and municipal employees in various states of alleged wrongdoing.

It has been six months since the mammoth corruption inquiry resulted in 44 arrests. The dramatic July 23 takedown included early-morning raids from synagogues to city halls and allegations of bribes distributed in cash-stuffed cereal boxes. Prosecutors say the money-laundering operations were so large they were referred to as laundromats.

It also produced one of the more memorable perp walks in New Jersey’s history: Elderly rabbis in long black coats, sweat-suited municipal employees, and assorted bleary-eyed elected officials paraded in handcuffs off a fleet of buses for processing at FBI headquarters.

And it just as quickly faded from the MSM memory, notice that?

Among the defendants: Three mayors, two state assemblymen, and other public officials charged with corruption, prominent rabbis from Brooklyn and Deal, N.J. charged with money laundering, and in one case, a man charged with brokering the sale of a human kidney.

Like an alcoholic always says, "I just had one."

Ten have pleaded guilty, and the rest are awaiting trial. But the man everyone wants to hear is Dwek, the cooperating witness and son of a prominent rabbi that the US government is hanging almost its entire case on.

So reports the concealing Zionist MSM, anyhow.

--more--"

And no coverage in the Zionist War Daily since; however, plenty of coverage of "terrorist" trials.

And plenty of this:

Courts have tossed out other attempts to hold the Vatican liable. More common in such cases is for attorneys to list the Vatican as a party to the lawsuit, but not pursue it because of the cost and time involved.

Last week, Anderson released correspondence from the 1990s between the Holy See and Wisconsin bishops, who failed to persuade Rome to defrock a priest who had molested as many as 200 deaf boys. The bishops had contacted the doctrinal office, headed by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, now the pope. The letters, reported by The New York Times last week, offer a rare look at the internal deliberations of the church, which are typically kept secret....

Thousands of abuse cases flowed through the doctrinal office during the 24 years — 1981 to 2005 — that Cardinal Ratzinger was in charge. But the mechanics and rules of how the Catholic Church handled such cases are sometimes unclear. Vatican protocols in 1922, 1962, and 2002 laid out how clergy were to handle several heinous crimes, including child sexual abuse....

The protocols also required that the cases remain secret, but canon law expert the Rev. John Beal of Catholic University said the word “secrecy’’ really meant “confidential’’ — in the same way grand jury testimony is understood to be. Nothing forbade bishops from reporting cases to civil authorities, said Beal, although some priests read the rules that way.

"Doubts hang over John Paul II’s legacy, sainthood" by Associated Press | March 30, 2010

Not here.

He was AGAINST the WARS, and that is GOOD ENOUGH for ME!!!!!

VATICAN CITY — Questions swirl over the late pontiff’s record in combating pedophile priests and whether a miracle needed for his sainthood really happened....

John Paul the II, who had Parkinson’s disease, died April 2, 2005, at age 84. Immediately after his death, calls began for his sainthood, and Benedict in December signed a decree proclaiming his predecessor “venerable’’ for his holy virtues.

At first, the healing of a young French nun with Parkinson’s disease had seemed like the miracle required for swift approval for beatification, the last formal step before canonization. The nun, who had prayed to John Paul for years, woke up one morning two months after his death, seemingly cured of the progressively degenerative neurological disorder. But a respected Polish newspaper, Rzeczpospolita, recently reported that doubts had been cast about whether the nun had Parkinson’s at all.

VATICAN CITY — Dragged deeper than ever into the clerical sex abuse scandal, the Vatican is launching a legal defense that the church hopes will shield the pope from a lawsuit in Kentucky seeking to have him deposed.

That's the agenda.

If you believe in those sorts of things.

Court documents obtained yesterday by the Associated Press show that Vatican lawyers plan to argue that the pope has immunity as head of state, that American bishops who oversaw abusive priests weren’t employees of the Vatican, and that a 1962 document is not the “smoking gun’’ that provides proof of a coverup.

The Holy See is trying to fend off the first US case to reach the stage of determining whether victims have a claim against the Vatican for negligence for allegedly failing to alert police or the public about Roman Catholic priests who molested children....

What about all the Palestinian, Afghan, Pakistani, and Iraqi children we are wasting in war, MSM?

Hello?

The Vatican is seeking to dismiss the suit before Benedict XVI can be questioned or secret documents subpoenaed....

With the US scandal reinvigorated by reports of abuse in Europe and scrutiny of Benedict’s handling of abuse cases when he was archbishop of Munich, the Kentucky case and another in Oregon have taken on greater significance. Lawyers in Australia have said they plan to use similar strategies. At the same time, the hurdles remain enormously high to force a foreign government to turn over confidential documents, let alone to subject a head of state to questioning by US lawyers, analysts say.

The United States considers the Vatican a sovereign state — the two have had diplomatic relations since 1984....

We haven't cut them off over this?

So why is the Pope being given such a hard time?

"Priests told to refocus on holy living; O’Malley offers strategy amid Europe scandal" by Lisa Wangsness, Globe Staff | March 31, 2010

Cardinal Sean O’Malley directly addressed the sex abuse scandal in Europe in his Holy Week homily to priests yesterday, telling local clergy that “the crisis that keeps coming back at us’’ underscores the need for priests to “live a life of holiness.’’ He thanked the priests for their sacrifice and service but urged them to work on living more balanced and prayerful lives.

Yeah, you know, NOT ALL CATHOLICS are BAD!!!

O’Malley spoke to hundreds of priests gathered at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in the South End in the midst of the most sacred week of the church year, and at a time when the worldwide church is confronting anew the crisis that first roiled the American church, beginning with the Boston Archdiocese, eight years ago.

And look at how the jewspapers are spoiling it.

In Europe, Pope Benedict XVI has been under harsh attack for his own role in a case involving an abusive priest in the early 1980s, when he was an archbishop in Germany, as well as for his recent handling of the sex abuse scandal in the Irish church.

“These are not easy times to be a priest; sometimes it feels as if we’re being walloped quite unfairly,’’ O’Malley told the hundreds of priests gathered at the cathedral for the Chrism Mass, an annual rite at which priests renew their vows and receive vials of consecrated oil to be used in sacraments throughout the year.

Yes, we ALL KNOW WHY, too!!!

“God is trying to get our attention,’’ he said....

What, with the EARTHQUAKES and FLOODS?

After enduring so many wrenching episodes in the years after the scandal broke, Boston priests now find themselves confronting a new flood of stories about similar crises breaking out in Europe, including allegations that three decades ago the pope himself — then known as Joseph Ratzinger, archbishop of Munich and Freising — allowed an abusive priest to be transferred to a new parish, where the priest abused more children.

Hey, I'm not EXCUSING the BEHAVIOR at all.

I say LINE UP all the PERVERTS and let the blade fly!

Don't worry, let God will sort them out.

The timing of the latest scandal has made it all the more difficult: Holy Week is the busiest time of the church year, as well as the most spiritually significant.

Has an INCREDIBLE ZIONIST STINK TO IT!

“It kind of opens up those old wounds that you thought were healed,’’ said the Rev. Chip Hines, pastor of St. Mary’s in Wrentham....

Gee, and WHO would want to DO THAT?!!!

Yes, CATHOLICS are GOOD PEOPLE!!

Look, I don't blame all Jews for what their scum Zionist sect does, so why should Catholics be pilloried by a Zionist press?

A week after Pope Benedict XVI excoriated Irish bishops for gross errors of judgment in handling cases of priests who sexually abuse children, European bishops are admitting to mistakes, reaching out to victims, and promising to act quickly when they learn about abuse cases.

Their mea culpa and pledges to be more transparent and cooperative in the future come amid mounting public outrage over the scope of the abuse and what victims say has been a pattern of coverup by bishops and the Vatican itself to keep the cases quiet....

Yesterday, Attorney General Martha Coakley provided an explanation for the odd behavior, announcing that Michael P. Hlady of Greenville, R.I., 37, had been arrested at home Wednesday in the alleged theft of $370,000, all the fees the school paid him. It turned out, she said, that the donor Hlady said was poised to pony up millions was a phantom and that Hlady had allegedly spent what he was paid on gambling, prostitutes, strip clubs, hotels, and travel.

The Venerini Academy apparently was not Hlady’s only alleged victim. Esselton McNulty, general director of the YMCA of Pawtucket, R.I., said yesterday that Hlady worked as a fund-raiser for the association for about 18 months but that his contract was not renewed in 2008 because he fabricated pledges....

The YMCA did not file a complaint with authorities.

Must be a Christian reflex, 'eh?

In May 2008, the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation fined Hlady’s company, KAM Fundraising Inc., $3,000 for failing to register with the state.

Venerini Academy opened in 1945 and serves about 330 pupils, from prekindergarten through eighth grade. School officials wanted to remodel an old convent on the property to house classrooms because space was tight. Sister Napier said the school originally began dealing with Hlady in 2007 through his employer at the time, Daniel R. Barry and Associates of Narragansett, R.I. But Hlady left that fund-raising firm, started KAM Fundraising, and continued to work for Venerini Academy.

The school treasurer and assistant treasurer dealt most with Hlady, she said, and were delighted when he said a local donor wanted to contribute $3 million to $14 million. The supposed donor spoke to school officials several times on the phone, identified himself only as Arthur, told them that Hlady was doing a good job on their behalf, and specified what the school should pay Hlady, Coakley said. Based on those conversations from September 2008 through February 2010, the school paid Hlady $370,000. Investigators now believe that the person on the phone was a coconspirator or Hlady himself.

The scheme unraveled when a handful of contractors who had worked on the construction project sued the school in Worcester Superior Court for failing to pay them. The contractors also contacted Coakley’s office, which launched an investigation....

"O’Malley says pontiff sought to end abuses; Issues ringing defense of pope in clergy cases" by Lisa Wangsness, Globe Staff | April 3, 2010

Cardinal Sean P. O’Malley of Boston, joining a growing chorus of Catholic Church officials seeking to answer criticism of Pope Benedict XVI, yesterday offered a staunch defense of how Benedict handled sexual abuse cases in the years leading up to his papacy.

O’Malley, posting an entry in his blog just hours before leading a Good Friday liturgy at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston’s South End, wrote that “confusion and misinformation’’ in the news media have obscured the pope’s effectiveness in dealing with sexual abuse of children by clergy.

That is what they do best, Father!!!

O’Malley praised Benedict’s actions, both during his tenure as pope and during his previous job as a ranking Vatican official, when he was known by his birth name, Joseph Ratzinger.

“What is very clear to me and I think to all who are fair-minded is that Cardinal Ratzinger and later Pope Benedict has been dedicated to eradicating sexual abuse in the church and trying to rectify the mistakes of the past,’’ wrote O’Malley, who was named a cardinal by Benedict in 2006.

“Until the sexual abuse crisis really became part of the consciousness of the church in Europe, there were many who were unsympathetic to our efforts in the US to deal with the problem in a transparent way and assure that our Catholic schools, parishes, and agencies would be safe for children,’’ O’Malley wrote. “During this period of at least a decade, the strongest ally we had in this effort was Cardinal Ratzinger.’’

The pope’s record on abuse issues has become controversial in recent days, amid global publicity over his handling of abusive priests during the years when Benedict served as archbishop of Munich and as head of a Vatican department....

Yesterday, as O’Malley prepared to lead Good Friday services, about two dozen members of Voice of the Faithful, an organization pushing for change in the Catholic Church, gathered outside to sing, pray, and express frustration that the church has found itself embroiled in the abuse issue once again.

The demonstrators, some with signs reading “Stop the Hiding: Start the Healing,’’ stood in a circle on the corner of Washington Street as trucks rumbled by. They sang hymns and reflected on the abuse crisis through a series of meditations and prayers based on the Stations of the Cross, the story of Jesus’ suffering, death, and burial....

Several of the protesters, though, praised O’Malley’s efforts to restore trust and stability in the Boston archdiocese, and said they sympathized with some aspects of his defense of the pope....

Oh, don't worry, ALL US CATHOLICS ARE!

Hope you got what you wanted, agenda-pushing jewspaper!

The protesters were largely ignored by worshippers trickling into the 3 p.m. service, many of whom backed the pope....

But SOMEHOW this accompanying article next to it is still there:

In 1997, a Catholic tribunal in Tucson formally determined that a local priest had solicited sex while hearing confession, saying that evidence in the case against the Rev. Michael Teta showed that his “insidious ‘rape’ ’’ of his victims was “so heinous that the only solution is that he take up some other occupation.’’

In a sentencing document that runs more than 100 pages, the tribunal recounted the evidence against Teta, saying at one point that “there is almost a satanic quality in his mode of acting toward young men and boys.’’

Despite the urgency of the findings, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, a top Vatican official, took more than six years to review the case before Pope John Paul II affirmed a decision to strip Teta of his status as a priest, or laicize him....

Yesterday, which was Good Friday, a holy day for Catholics, the Globe was unable to reach Catholic authorities at the Vatican Embassy in Washington for a response to the documents in the two cases....

"Pope’s preacher causes a stir; Allusion to anti-Semitism is decried" by Frances D’Emilio, Associated Press | April 3, 2010

Oh, HERE WE GO!

Now the BIG GUNS have been taken out by the Zionist War Daily!!!

Once that charge gets hurled around you know they are losing the PR war.

VATICAN CITY — At a solemn Good Friday service, Pope Benedict XVI’s personal preacher likened the tide of allegations that the pontiff has covered up sex abuse cases to the “more shameful aspects of anti-Semitism.’’ But within hours, facing a storm of criticism at the comparison, the Vatican felt it necessary to distance the pope from the preacher’s remarks.

I wish that JUST ONCE Catholics would STAND UP to the you-know-who!!!!

Both Jewish and victims’ groups responded that it was inappropriate to compare the discomfort being experienced by the church leadership in the sex abuse scandal to the violence that culminated in the Holocaust. The Vatican has been on the defensive in recent days, saying the church has been singled out and collectively stereotyped for the problem of pedophilia, which it says is a society-wide issue.

YUP!!!

Invoking any comparison with anti-Semitism was particularly sensitive on Good Friday, itself a delicate day in a decades-long effort by Jews and Catholics to overcome a legacy of mistrust.

I'll never trust them again.

I guess I'm NOT an ANTI-SEMITE, huh, readers, especially since I love Palestinians and Arabs who are ALSO SEMITIC as opposed to the lying Khazar usurpers and land-stealers.

The LIES JUST NEVER STOP FLOWING FROM THEM, do they?

There was a long-held Catholic belief that Jews were collectively responsible for executing Christ, and a landmark achievement of the Second Vatican Council of the 1960s was a declaration stating that Jews should not be blamed for the crucifixion.

I don't have to listen to the Vatican on that one.

The Pharisees turned him over to Rome, right?

So they could save their own power!!

As the pope listened in a hushed St. Peter’s Basilica, Rev. Raniero Cantalamessa likened accusations against the pontiff and the Catholic church in sex abuse scandals in Europe, the United States, and elsewhere to “collective violence’’ suffered by the Jews.

And he really pissed them off.

:-)

The pope, who is 82, looked weary as he sat near the central altar at the early evening prayer service.

Considering the MSM torment he has been put through, that is perfectly understandable.

Cantalamessa, in his reflections for the pope on the Catholic church’s most solemn day, said he was inspired by a letter from an unidentified Jewish friend who was upset by the “attacks’’ against Benedict....

The Rev. Federico Lombardi, a Vatican spokesman, later contacted the Associated Press and said Cantalamessa wasn’t speaking as a Vatican official when he compared “attacks’’’ on the pope to “collective’’ violence against Jews....

Although the Vatican said Cantalamessa wasn’t speaking as an official of the Holy See, its official daily newspaper L’Osservatore Romano ran the text of the homily in full. Victims say Benedict — both as a former archbishop of Munich and later as a Vatican cardinal directing the Holy See’s policy on handling abuse cases — was part of a culture of coverup and confidentiality devised to protect church hierarchy.

Taking lessons from the AmeriKan newspapers, are they?

Of course, WE NOW WHO (rhymes with) THEY PROTECT!!!

Cantalamessa’s likening the accusations to the Holocaust rankled US Jewish leaders....

At this point, who gives a f***?

Painful memories of the strained relations between the two religions were raised earlier in Benedict’s papacy, when he favored a revival of the pre-Vatican Council version of the Tridentine Mass, which includes a prayer for the conversion of Jews.

I never say that one. I don't want them polluting my faith.

A vocal US-based victims lobby, SNAP, reacted scathingly to the sermon.

“It’s heartbreaking to see yet another smart, high-ranking Vatican official making such callous remarks that insult both abuse victims and Jewish people,’’ said David Clohessy of Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests. “It’s morally wrong to equate actual physical violence and hatred against a large group of innocent people with mere public scrutiny of a small group of complicit officials.’’

Yeah, UNLESS it is directed at HAMAS and PALESTINIANS!!!!!

Of course, the SAME APPLIES to the ZIONIST SCUM and the rest of world Jewry.

“The Catholic hierarchy has engaged in and still engages in widely documented, self-serving, and ongoing coverups of devastating clergy sex crimes. That’s why church records are being disclosed, predator priests are being exposed, and Catholic officials feel besieged.’’

I can't imagine why, can you?

Of course, Zionist toadies must get into the act:

LONDON —In a BBC radio interview, part of which was made public yesterday, the archbishop of Canterbury, the Most Rev. Rowan Williams, described the abuse scandal as a “colossal trauma’’ for Ireland in particular.

He made no direct reference to the personal controversy that has swirled around the pope following accusations that he was involved in decisions that had the effect of covering up cases of abuse by pedophile priests in Germany and the United States. But Williams, the head of the worldwide Anglican Communion, which claims 70 million adherents, was unusually blunt.

“I was speaking to an Irish friend recently who said that it’s quite difficult in some parts of Ireland to go down the street wearing a clerical collar now,’’ he said. “And an institution so deeply bound into the life of a society suddenly becoming, suddenly losing all credibility — that’s not just a problem for the church, it’s a problem for everybody in Ireland.’’

Hey, AmeriKan MSM newspapers know how they feel.

Williams’s remarks appeared to anger leading Catholic clerics in Ireland, where Cardinal Sean Brady, the church’s All-Ireland primate, faces widespread calls for his resignation.

Well, the Brits have always s*** on the Irish anyway so this is no surprise.

The Irish scandal, building for years, took on new momentum after disclosures last month about Brady’s role as a young cleric 35 years ago, when as a participant in an internal church inquiry he helped to shield a priest from the police after two teenage boys accused the priest of abusing them.

The archbishop of Dublin, Diarmuid Martin, head of the largest Catholic diocese in Ireland and the most powerful voice in the Irish church after Brady, sharply rebuked Williams.

“Those working for renewal in the Catholic Church in Ireland did not need this comment on this Easter weekend, and do not deserve it,’’ Martin said. “The unequivocal and unqualified comment in a radio interview of the archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Rowan Williams, that the Catholic Church in Ireland has ‘lost all credibility,’ has stunned me.’’

Well, we KNOW WHO HE is REALLY WORKING FOR, don't we?

Martin has been outspoken in his demands for full accountability in the church over child abuse....

You know, with all the lies flying around these days, I'm going to hold onto this one because of the MESSAGE of the MAN!!!!!!!

At the Vatican, Pope Benedict XVI presided at an Easter Vigil service at St. Peter’s Basilica, commemorating the night when Christians believe Christ rose from the dead. The pope didn’t directly refer to the clergy abuse scandal in his homily, but focused on life, death, and immortality.

In Washington, President Obama called on people to embrace their “shared spirit of humanity.’’

And how many missiles did you throw around today, Obomber?

“On this Easter weekend,’’ he said in his radio and Internet address, “let us hold fast to those aspirations we hold in common as brothers and sisters, as members of the same family — the family of man.’’

Doesn't he have a
Seder to attend?

Pffft
