THE HAGUE — A new Dutch minority government that could be formed as early as next week is planning to slash immigration and ban face-covering burqas, anti-Islam lawmaker Geert Wilders said yesterday.

The proposed new administration is a coalition between the Liberal VVD party led by future Prime Minister Mark Rutte and the Christian Democratic Alliance. The two parties, which have 52 seats in the 150-seat parliament, will rely on support from Wilders’s Freedom Party.

The deal has aroused objections from some Christian Democrat lawmakers who do not want to work with Wilders. A Christian Democrat party convention tomorrow will decide whether to go ahead with the planned four-year alliance.
However, while Wilders has the toughest anti-immigrant views, both the VVD and Christian Democrats pledged before the elections to crack down on new arrivals, and the last Christian Democrat-led government also wanted to ban burqas.
The policy blueprint unveiled yesterday came after months of negotiations following inconclusive June 9 national elections.
The government said it plans to make it harder for immigrants already living in the Netherlands to bring other family members here and also would make it tougher for unskilled immigrants to enter the country.
And why would they be bringing in skill labor with so many Dutch out of work?

AMSTERDAM — More than 100 people protesting the outlawing of squatting at unused buildings in the Netherlands clashed with police in Amsterdam’s historic center late yesterday, throwing stones, setting fires, and erecting barricades.
Squatting is the latest pillar of the country’s liberal institutions — such as legal prostitution and cafes that openly sell marijuana — to be abolished or curtailed as the Dutch become more conservative and rethink the boundaries of their famed tolerance.
In Amsterdam, the epicenter of the movement known in Dutch as “kraken,’’ or “breaking,’’ several hundred squatters had demonstrated peacefully during the day against the new law that makes their way of life punishable by up to one year in prison.
By nightfall, some began throwing rocks at police and vandalizing cars. Police attempted to disperse large groups on two streets by carrying out charges.
Squatters used metal fences and piles of bicycles to block one of the city’s bridges amid a haze of tear gas. Police used bulldozers and water cannons in an attempt to clear the streets lining the city’s ancient canals of such barricades, and to quenchfires set in rubbish piles.
Now they are acting like Israel!
A local television station broadcast a photo of one protester being escorted away by a police officer while bleeding from a head wound.
“Of course we’re going to resist — resisting is part of what we do,’’ said a young woman at a “squat,’’ or occupied building....
Not part of what AmeriKans do; they just take it.
Most squatters declined to give their full names both for philosophical reasons and to avoid trouble with authorities.
Why would they have to worry about the police in the free West?
A study published this year by Amsterdam’s Free University estimated the number of squatters at 1,500 in the Dutch capital, a city of 750,000....

Squatting gained public sympathy after World War II during a time of severe housing shortages and anger at real estate speculators. That view changed as the Netherlands grew more prosperous and more sympathetic to business.
Meaning as the globalist scum erected their plans and form their organizations for world control.
These days most squatters are migrants from eastern and southern Europe “who want a cheap place to live,’’ said Frank van Dalen, an Amsterdam city councilor. Van Dalen is a member of the pro-business VVD party, which has been a vocal opponent of both squatting and immigration.
Gee, between the Italians, French, and these guys the fascist smell over there gets stronger each day.
The VVD will lead the next Dutch coalition government, which may take office as early as next week. Backed by the anti-Islam Freedom Party of populist politician Geert Wilders, the new administration is likely to further tighten restrictions on immigration — particularly from Muslim countries.
But the free-speech racists of Europe are not singling anyone out.

AMSTERDAM — Dutch prosecutors asked judges yesterday to acquit anti-Islam politician Geert Wilders on all charges of inciting hate and discrimination against Muslims, in a case seen as testing the limits of free speech versus religious freedom.
I don't see where the two are connected here. You can have both or neither.
They are not really connected. You can speak out against the church and it can still be open.
Why are the agenda-pushing media and government mingling the two?
The move by prosecutors signaled their belief the case against Wilders was weak, although judges could disagree and convict him. The defense begins its case next week and a verdict is scheduled for next month.
The case is being closely watched in many European countries, where immigration has created a backlash of anti-Muslim sentiment and boosted nationalist parties that are outspokenly negative toward Islam and Muslims.
I blame the lying, agenda-pushing, Muslim-hating, war-promoting press.
Muslims complained to Dutch authorities that Wilders crossed the line when, among many slurs, he compared Islam to Nazism and the Koran to Hitler’s manifesto, “Mein Kampf.’’
There they are again.
Prosecutors told the court that Wilders’s statements may be “hurtful’’ or “insulting’’ to Muslims, but there was insufficient proof to convict him of trying to polarize Dutch society into antagonistic groups. He has never called for violence.

Wilders, who had frowned throughout yesterday’s hearing, broke into a wide smile as the prosecutors concluded by running through the charges against him and asking for acquittal on each....
A right-wing government that depends on Wilders’s Freedom Party to reach a one-vote majority in Parliament took office Thursday, making him one of the nation’s most powerful politicians. Although not a member of the ruling coalition, many of his election planks have been incorporated in the plans of the minority Cabinet.

“He kept steering the conversation back to the Wilders case,’’ Jansen wrote. “He tried to convince me that his decision to drag Wilders in front of the Amsterdam District Court was correct.’’
The politician asked for a second time yesterday that the judges be dismissed, calling Schalken’s contact with Jansen “scandalous.’’

A conservative government that depends on Wilders’ Freedom Party to reach a one-vote majority in Parliament took office this month. In return for his support, the government has vowed to turn away more asylum seekers, halve the number of new immigrants from non-Western countries, ban face-concealing Muslim garb for women in public, and force immigrants to pay for their own mandatory citizenship classes.
Who would want to go there now anyway?
