School officials are in the process of firing an assistant teacher at Brookline High School who has been charged with two counts of indecent assault and battery on a student.
Brookline police charged Joseph Musculus, 27, of Walpole, after a female student reported last month that he pinched her buttocks on Dec. 9 and another occasion about a month before.
The student told police that she did not feel threatened and that she considers Musculus a good friend.
