Would you change your mind about war crimes charges against Israel?
"Israel wants war crimes report nullified" April 04, 2011|Associated Press
JERUSALEM — Israeli leaders yesterday welcomed an admission by Richard Goldstone — a Jewish UN investigator who became persona non grata in the Jewish state — that war crimes accusations contained in his report on Israel’s offensive in Gaza two years ago should be reconsidered.
Next is Nuremberg, right?
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu urged the United Nations to nullify Goldstone’s report. Defense officials urged the international community to rewrite the laws of war.
Un-f***ing-believable!!
Commentators alternated between attacking Goldstone for causing what they said was irreparable damage to Israel and praising him for admitting he made a mistake.
“There are very few instances in which those who disseminate libels retract their libel. This happened in the case of the Goldstone report,’’ Netanyahu told his Cabinet.

Urban warfare has long vexed the Israeli military, which for decades was dominant over the Arab nation’s numerically superior armies but has struggled with foes in crowded refugee camps, dense cities, and villages lined with cinderblock homes in the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and southern Lebanon.
This is gross, readers.

That explains everything.
In December 2008, Israel launched an offensive against Gaza, a densely populated strip of land that borders southwest Israel, in response to years of Palestinian rocket fire.
So when does the LYING END, AmeriKan media?
In three weeks of fighting, some 1,400 Palestinians were killed, including hundreds of civilians, while 13 Israelis died.
And ONCE AGAIN NO MENTION of Israel's WMD USE!
Israel said the civilian death toll was unintentional and said Gaza’s Hamas rulers hid militants in populated areas.
That is because there was NOWHERE ELSE to GO!!
It refused to cooperate with Goldstone’s investigation, commissioned by the United Nations Human Rights Council, a body with a history of anti-Israel declarations.
And how exactly did Israel become a nation?
Yeah, the Zionist shit spew known as news is sickening.
The Goldstone report, released in September 2009, concluded that both Israel and Hamas committed potential war crimes and possible crimes against humanity.

"Coauthors stand by UN report on Israel; Dispute lead writer, critics" April 15, 2011|By Raphael G. Satter, Associated Press
LONDON — The coauthors of a scathing UN report on Israel’s conduct during its 2008-2009 offensive in Gaza said yesterday that they stand by their work, hitting back at critics who have pushed to have its findings withdrawn after the report’s lead author, Richard Goldstone, aired doubts about one of its central conclusions.
Gee, the media made it sound as if he completely recanted!
In a statement published on the website of Britain’s Guardian newspaper, Goldstone’s three colleagues said there was “no justification’’ for any move to review or rescind the 575-page report....
But Israel demands it, so....
The Goldstone report has been the object of fierce controversy since its inception, and the Israeli government energetically rejected conclusions that it may have committed war crimes and crimes against humanity in the battle in Gaza.
It has ONLY BEEN CONTROVERSIAL to the GUILTY Zionist WAR CRIMINALS!
Readers, can you see why I am sick of this slop?
The United States has also rejected the report, calling it flawed and one-sided.
Israel has its hand so far up the AmeriKan government's ass it makes them say the words.
Oh, yeah, THEY are JUST AS GUILTY of those crimes as ISRAEL!
But in a surprise move that heartened critics of the report, Goldstone wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post on April 1 that cast doubt on one of its most damning allegations: that Israel deliberately targeted civilians as its forces tore through the tiny coastal strip.
The doubt must have been an April Fools joke.
Subsequent Israeli investigations, he said, “indicate that civilians were not intentionally targeted as a matter of policy,’’ adding that “if I had known then what I know now, the Goldstone Report would have been a different document.’’
Israelis seized upon the admission to argue that the report was fatally compromised and should be officially withdrawn — even though Goldstone himself later said that he saw no reason to revoke the document.
Israel seized on it just like a Palestinian town!
And Goldstone recanted his doubts?
Yesterday’s statement from Goldstone’s colleagues — Pakistani human rights lawyer Hina Jilani, former Irish peacekeeper Desmond Travers, and international law professor Christine Chinkin — was even more categorical, suggesting that Goldstone had split with his coauthors by writing in the Post.
Hey, the WHOLE WORLD SAW WHAT HAPPENED and NO AMOUNT of ISRAELI PROPAGANDA or PRESSURE is going to CHANGE THAT!

I would imagine they are used to it by now.
